💚💚💚 I think this released a week after I bought the Autumn palette. I love the colors but her bigger palettes are a better value per pan than the quads. If the quads had magnetic pans that could be changed they might be more interesting. This really is lovely on you and I enjoyed seeing you use it as well as the pet update

I really like this quad.
It’s a cute quad!
I think it’s because it’s a quad and a lot of us aren’t interested in small palettes because they get lost in our above average in size makeup collections. Also, there’s literally a new private labeled indie brand every day. A lot of them are overpriced and have bad customer service so we lose interest in them as a whole. Since it’s private labeled, many have the same formula and colors so if we buy from a lot of them we may be buying the same shades and formulas just in different packaging and from a different brand.
The market is oversaturated. We have makeup fatigue of so many indie brand options along with what’s sold in Sephora and ULTA. The economy is difficult and a lot of us don’t have the time and energy to do makeup everyday so we try to utilize what we already own. Everything is expensive now that we aren’t willing to buy anything unless it has that wow unique factor. We try to dupe out new releases to save money and not get overloaded with too much makeup that is eventually going to expire before we get good use out of it.
I can totally see - and agree with you - on the quads getting lost amid our collections!
@@KatieMarie I donated and gifted all of my quads because they all got push to the side. I rather some other people use them before they go bad. I had some from Midas that I gave away. 😆
Dede has beautiful palettes & I've always been intrigued but i think the reason I've never purchased is the market is so over saturated & competitive!

Use Gasoline or maybe Acetone to get paint off your hands. Acetone 100% like you use for your nails.
Oh or break cleaner . I'm sure your husband has one or the other.
Acetone is probably safer than gasoline for the skin.

@@KatieMarie hopefully it works! I was acting a fool and got my fingers stuck together with crazy glue on the process of trying to glue a rhinestone on a hair clip. I used nail polish 💅 remover and it slowly detached my fingers from each other. Thank goodness it didn't happen when I was working from home.

I look at this palette and there's 2 reasons I wouldn't really be into it as a typical consumer: 1. It's a quad and I really only reach for quads when I don't want to think and this color story isn't really conducive to... not thinking. And 2. It's not a palette that really makes an easy look by itself. Could you just use 1 matte and 1 shimmer, sure. But that's kinda boring and with these colors I wouldn't want to do a "boring" look. Idk. I might not be a typical consumer when I look at the trends of today, actually, but I still think those reasons are the main reason I wouldn't just go out and purchase it or go out of my way for reviews. That said, I also hadn't seen or heard of it til your review either.
Really good points, I totally agree - I am not the type to go for the one shadow or one matte/one shimmer look when I do my makeup either
