As a Leon main i would 100% tell you to get shark Leon, the animations are just simply better, although Dino Leon has an unanimated pin, it just looks goofy! But that’s just my opinion.

As a non Leon main I would like to say that I got that skin with bling right after I unlocked him for the same reason :)
Never waste bling on ranked skins you are most likely guaranteed to eventually unlock them just takes time i know.
