My father is in Rbi .in 2021 i was under graduation and i applied for RBi attendant exam .mera paper baht acha gya tha . I thought ab to job lg jaayegi RBI mei life set hai. Lekin general ki cut off gyi 112.5(unbelievable). i was thinking dekhta hu kaun hai vo log jo itne number leke aaye inse baat krunga. Aur jb vo log kuch time baad colony aaye to 20 logo mei se 2-3 log hi apni mehnat se aaye the and baaki saare logo ne 15-20 lakh rs diye centre mei.Unko english pdhni bhi ni aati hai. And ab yhi cheez ssc cgl mei bhi ho ri hai fark itna hai ki baht bde level pe hui hai aur sbko pta lg gya hai . RBI attendant mei baht kam vacancies thi kisi ne dhyan ni diya. Aap pta bhi kr skte ho rbi lucknow mei kaise anpad log hai jo attendants ki job kr re hai ..unhone deserving jaiso ki seats khaayi hai.
Maine central vigilance mei complain bhi kri thi..koi proof ni hai lekin…vo log khud hi apne aap mei proof hai…baat krke hi pta lg jaayega aapko.. Unko Team , Manager tk ki spell ni aa ri thi…

Making rules that excludes someone on the basis of extra qualification inspite of possessing the essential qualification is prima facie violative of Article 14. The onus is on the recruiting organisation to prove that exclusion of graduates was a fair and reasonable classification. Which is seems unlikely since it is creating only a negative discrimination not a positive one. Going for graduation is a personal choice of a citizen, the government cannot disqualify someone because of that
Overqualified candidates should not apply for posts that require less qualifications..it is just unethical. And if they do..different level of exam qualification criterias for them.
