Hehe it was a bit of a dream. Most people were a bit more interested in the cake than the books 😅 but I did get a fair few sales and had some great book chats. Leviathan sold but I think I might pick it up at some point too as I was very intrigued!!! Thanks for commenting :)
The sigh you gave when you saw The Thursday Murder Club 😂 I felt that! I like Richard Osman in general but didn’t like that book either - I think it was just his particular writing style and the fact the chapters were so short. Really nice video!

I’m so happy you’re back! Claire Keegan is my new favorite author. I especially adored her very short novel Small Things Like These. I just learned it will be a movie soon!
I learnt that Antarctica is a series of short stories so I'm going to try them (I bought the book 😅) and see how I get on then maybe delve into some more! Thanks for commenting it's great to hear you enjoy Claire Keegan!
ooh what a coincidence, one of your older videos popped up on my feed yesterday and i was wondering when you were going to upload again! what a lovely surprise haha. also, claire keegan is phenomenal, small things like these is actually my favourite book of all time! highly, highly recommend that, and foster by her as well. antarctica is still on my tbr, but so far everything i've read from keegan has been fantastic, so i'm sure it's just as good!

@SilverfishASMR I didn't think it would be either, but I actually have loved everything written by her. The MC of her Me Before You trilogy is one of my favorite characters of all time! All of her books are very female empowering!
