Habis isi ulang tinta.. kok di ink levels nya tetap kosong ya pak.. padahal tinta nya penuh.. gimana solusinya pak?🙏🙏

Mungkin Adminya lagi sibuk mas, selama 10 bulan nggak bisa balas
di riset mas, klik di setup >> Maintenance >> Reset Ink Levels
Kemudian pilih tinta yang sudah di isi ulang
