Well to be honest if you ask me, I'd say he ran away because he wasn't on herbs 💀 Because he was there to eliminate Vegapunk not Luffy, he wants to finish the mission as soon as possible because this mission is not a simple assassination, to be honest your flash bang thing is pretty stupid, we all know how destructive Kizaru can be and how much more can he do then flash banging 💀 And another thing, Luffy have the title of God, he is not a god itself, yeah his abilities defies all logic and physics so maybe kinda god but even he can't do anything he wants, If you really let Luffy and Kizaru fight a death battle 1 vs 1 Luffy may have better abilities and healing ability lbut Kizaru's speed would overpower all that, unless Luffy invent another dimension's ridiculous technique 💀 For ex: it'd be same as Luffy vs Katakuri, if you remember Luffy from back then, then you'd realise that Katakuri was superior in terms of almost everything, better devil fruit mastery, better haki, better raw strength and etc... But Luffy's Snake Man overpowered all that just by speed, If they really fought a death match, it may end up in Extreme High Difference in Kizaru's favour but, As we know Luffy can do anything right now sooo 🤣
