- In this video I tried to beat Elden Ring like it's a roguelike, so all the enemies are randomized and there is permadeath, meaning that if I die I have to start from the beginning, and the seed is reset so it's a new randomization

The twig said 3 but in reality you can't have a stack of twigs in your inventory. That's what they got lost.

I've just had what i think could be an interesting idea, Elden Ring but you can only use quest rewards, as in gear only given by/taken from that NPC, and you start naked obviosly without your weapon
As an added challenge you could only use quest rewards from that area, for example only Quest rewards from Limgrave used in Limgrave, what do you think?
I was playing sunbreak while watching this video and got confused where the astalos theme was coming from cause I was just sat in Elgado lol. Very nice music choices for this video, MH soundtrack is amazing

I would highly suggest using darkness and the incantation that silences your steps.. Also if you kill Bernhall at warmaster shack and then take rya's hand to go to the fire castle with the giant snake u know which one i mean.. Anyways once you're there, then go to roundtable hold and give the bernhalls bell (do not do it before) and you will be able to buy aow "assassin gambit" which makes your footsteps silent and almost impossible to see.. Just remember do not give bernall's ball bering to the old woman in roundtable hold before you go to snake castle or else you wont be able to buy new ashes of war that he offers once you join theeir gang.. Actually I think you might have to join the gang worshipping giant snake first before giving bernall's bell to the old man in roundtable.

Hey plateau a tiny request: Could you please edit your voice or add a picture or something when switching between narrating and streaming voice? It's a bit confusing sometimes
The Binding of Isaac player here: when you need to win a run (they always do it in speedruns) there's a clear strategy to follow. Basically they proceed up to the first room with an upgrade: if it's not an hard carry item, they reset the run. They do it up to hundred times in a row.
So, in this run's case, I'd say the rouge-like strategy is to go up to Cale: if he has something insanely good, you buy it. If not, restart.
The mam has no end to his creativity huh.

I've done three randomizer runs so far, my margits have been in order, gideon, valiant gargoyle double fight, and yelough anix astel. I swear the randomizer always rigs late game brutally hard fights in that arena

This would of been so much more interesting as a super randomizer(normal enemies can be bosses and bosses can be normal enemies).
Only real issue I've had in randomizer with Margit was when Hoarah Loux replaced him. I can't ever beat that damn dude. I don't even remember how I got through it tbh.
it would be cool if someone made a custom mod that made all enemies have a chance to drop talismans, weapons do less damage to 50 or so and bosses have toned down to 600-1200 or so, you reset on death, all is randomized besides enemy talisman drops tied to how strong the enemy is, and randomized items aren’t too op.
