Same here. Saturn is in 5th house but retrograde 29.53 degree Capricorn but the 6th house ATMA sounds more true for me than the 5th house. Could it be because it's such a borderline degree and in retrograde ?

My life has felt decently intense because of early abuse to overcome and I’m very sensitive to feeling other people's energies. I do feel a lot of potential for spiritual growth and I know I’m on some type of mission. Also I have felt the need to be very careful because life is important. I have always had trouble feeling misunderstood and figuring out how to say my truth and stand in it without being fearful of others judgements and misinterpretations. I’ve been quiet in the world because I think so differently than most people. And I can feel arrogant about it. All fits so well with my vision of a past life that revealed itself to me over a few years. I was a nun with other nuns running a catholic boarding school or something like that. Saturn in 8th as Atmakaraka. Actually it is a very easy position - if you put 2x minus it becames positive. The only secret ist, that you don't have to be attached with almost anything, not with your ego, not with money and not with people. Then it will work very smooth and some rewards will return to you unexpectedly. If you are too much involved in something, it can be a burden. I know she cares about me but i also know she thinks less of me. Money issues can get out of hand sometimes even though I'm not a big spender. But there's always something to be done, paid or bought. Money issues have also interrupted my education. Plus health issues too. I think maybe this is because mercury is the 6th and 9th lord? Not sure. Looking forward to the next video👌

Moon at 29 degrees in Taurus House 10. Incredibly true. Karma with my mom for sure. I have put her on a pedestal and been taking care of her for the past 10 years esp. Yes, I def put too much into my career as a teacher, way too involved but love kids and it s been a caring and fulfilling role for me, even if draining oftentimes. Sensitive, yes, and when I get mad, I tend to hide emotions instead of getting hysterical which I bet can be confusing to others. Jeffrey Armstrong has done a lot of Sanskrit to English Translation where he's taken out a lot of the words that have a Christian connotation. By using those words, it also pulls in other ideas and ideologies so its important to really bring out these Sanskrit definitions without intermix pre-defined notions.
How he defines Papa is the following ways:
- Activities which result in Suffering
- Activities which produce Pain
- Harmful human Actions
There is also a much lengthier description in his book "The Bhagavad Gita Comes Alive", but the previous 3 would be a good enough description.
Ahimsa does not mean mean Non-Violence, it means to do the "Least possible harm" or "the appropriate use of violence according to the dharma of the actor and the situation"

I have Arnakarka Sun and, in my opinion, it's not an ego problem when you are, in fact, correct the majority of the time. And, for the record, I HAVE admitted when I was wrong. I mean, it's rare that I'm ever wrong, but it DOES happen and I can't live with myself knowing that I have made a mistake and am refusing to own up to it. Perhaps, everyone else should realize that THEY have a bigger "ego problem" than I do.

Wow Thank you for your in-depth explanation. My Mercury 29 degrees in Gemini in the first house is tied with Rahu 1 degree in Taurus in the 12th house. My life has felt decently intense because of early abuse to overcome and I’m very sensitive to feeling other people's energies. I do feel a lot of potential for spiritual growth and I know I’m on some type of mission. Also I have felt the need to be very careful because life is important. I have always had trouble feeling misunderstood and figuring out how to say my truth and stand in it without being fearful of others judgements and misinterpretations. I’ve been quiet in the world because I think so differently than most people. And I can feel arrogant about it.
All fits so well with my vision of a past life that revealed itself to me over a few years. I was a nun with other nuns running a catholic boarding school or something like that. We were in charge of children and I was very religiously strict and made them behave in Jesus name - and I was wrong about some of that. Many children came through there over the years, so I feel like I’m meeting all of those people this lifetime and I need to do right by them, and myself as well. I find people can be afraid of me and females want to compete with me when I’m just doing nothing. I’m usually soft-spoken now that my husband has passed. Sometimes when I get to know people, I'm so proud of them and marvel at how they turned out. I feel my birth family and my husband were some of the kids I was the hardest on. Saturn in 8th as Atmakaraka. Actually it is a very easy position - if you put 2x minus it becames positive. The only secret ist, that you don't have to be attached with almost anything, not with your ego, not with money and not with people. Then it will work very smooth and some rewards will return to you unexpectedly. If you are too much involved in something, it can be a burden. If you are willing to let go of proactively, it becomes even more easy. So, when friends for example begin to bother or disappoint me in some way (which can happen, because with this constellation everything can turn out to be a false flag), I don't wait the whole process, but I will get rid of them directly. This is not only a karmic lesson for me, but also for them. When I was younger, this wasn't as easy at it is today as I was very anxious and always alarmed, that something could happen - and went the other way round. Very severe child because I felt betrayed or alone very often. But as I said earlier, the only way out is to get rid of things, before they got rid of you. Having Ketu in 12th in Pisces (D9) and I hope to attain Moksha in this life cycle to finish the earthly karmic cycle. And for all, please consider with everything you do: "Karma is a bitch!"

Wonderful video! I have mercury as my AK in the 4th house. Issues with mom, most definitely. I think i have learned to accept things the way they are in our relationship. I know she cares about me but i also know she thinks less of me. Money issues can get out of hand sometimes even though I'm not a big spender. But there's always something to be done, paid or bought. Money issues have also interrupted my education. Plus health issues too. I think maybe this is because mercury is the 6th and 9th lord? Not sure. Looking forward to the next video👌

Moon at 29 degrees in Taurus House 10. Incredibly true. Karma with my mom for sure. I have put her on a pedestal and been taking care of her for the past 10 years esp. Yes, I def put too much into my career as a teacher, way too involved but love kids and it s been a caring and fulfilling role for me, even if draining oftentimes. Sensitive, yes, and when I get mad, I tend to hide emotions instead of getting hysterical which I bet can be confusing to others. Unconditional caring, sharing def happening as I ve given my all for my son, mom and family. Luckily, without any regrets ever, but, on the contrary, with joy.( Must be my Sun in Virgo house 2)🙂
Some thing I don't get is that some people say the atmakaraka is your soul's desire. Like if you have atmakaraka in mars, you're supposed to come here to develop your confidence. But you're saying it goes away. Also makes sense.
i have venus in virgo 11th house. I have a chronic illenss. And yes, most woman in my life has been manipulative... i dont know why the same types show up. Jupiter atmakaraka as gemini ascendant, jupiter is in 10th house vargottama in d9 but Taurus ascendant in d9 so it's in 11th house and in d60 in scorpio in 5th house and 12th from moon.
Well, i m truly fked ... Saturn atmakarka in 3rd house..., rahu jup sun in 7th house.. No wonder i hv underachieved in life, laziness is one factor, no relationships, no father figure from childhood. I have a question, i am 18 and have been in my Jupiter AK (cancer) Mahadasha since i was 8 years old, in 2nd house. Everything rang true, many troubles. (No stable housing, divorce, very sick mother, etc) what does it mean to have ASC+MOON+SATURN in the twelfth house during this period?
