Of course! But I find that my hair likes low to no manipulation. Wearing the crochet braids allows me to retain more length…plus help those who would like some protective hairstyle ideas😊
If you wear a satin bonnet with loose scrunchie so it don’t move at night it could last 3 weeks to month and since it’s a synthetica if you get knot don’t pull just loosely cut it out cause if you pull the curl may lose shape and turn straight unless you know how to recurl it

Looks like both, through in the back, under in the front.
