And I'll make tomato sabzi with this - chopped tomatoes in a tadka of rai, methi seeds, heeng, kadhi patta, dry red/green mirchi, with chopped garlic cloves & ginger, salt, turmeric & red chilly powder. If the stuff is tasty 😋, no one notices the edges! 😄
@@sharmilaghosh2455 just use the normal garlic or try growing them if you have space. Just poke few garlic cloves in soil and in a few days you will have garlic greens🙂

No it is different green garlic (hara lehsun) is garlic/lehsun shoot. Spring onion is onion greens.
