It has 7 acre central garden No adjacent building blocks your view or ventilation, every flat has garden facing balcony or outside view balcony. This project has one of the best ventilations in hyd.

When I was booking they mentioned there won't be any phases The whole project will be handed over at a time. I have one more doubt do we have electric car charging points to individual parking as you are giving them in Provincia ?

Yes compared to provincia this is not up to the mark as it is latest project. Even in provincia the model flat which is built is not getting wow feeling. Just baic tiles and switch boards. Hope RP will correct it
