But as you cook it you season it more on the outside to make it taste better. they taste of almost nothing if you don't season them. Having cooked Impossible and Beyond patties I didn't need to season them. I wager that the actual as-eaten sodium content of the beef is much higher than the table shows, which seems to show the raw meat status. My pulse is an average of 43, and my BP is around 120/60.... I've got much higher muscle mass than most women my age, I've cycled around multiple countries and I've been vegetarian/vegan for 46 years including at conception 😅

Because hemp seed only has about 6 grams of protein per 100 calories. For my weight of 250 pounds the recommended protein intake is 160-250 as someone who plays sports. That would mean i'd need to eat 3000-4000 calories worth of hemp seed to meet my daily recommendation. With pea protein isolate, adding a bit of NACystein and Methionine its like 25-30g of protein per 100 calories, so I can meet my daily recommendation with just like 500 calories worth of it and get the rest through food like a bit of tofu or something else without my entire daily diet being focused on only eating the absolute highest vegan protein foods

If you want your burger and want to have it too, just use ground venison or bison. If you want a plant-based alternative, then don’t even think about burgers. Just grind up some beans with some oats and boom, you’ve got yourself a complete protein flower to put in your smoothies for thickening, although it may mess with your gut, if you’re not used to it.

On a WFPB diet I've developed intolerances to soy and gluten.
Pea or rice protein are excellent options. Maybe you should talk to your doctor or dietician
