Actually there isn't a proper rotation, you have to understand the abilities. I will do soon a guide tho.

What is your opinion on the 2/4 set?

2 is useless without 4.
on 2 set you get extra hits of SWD.
4 set procs every SWD hit %dmg on next SWP.
Also you can combo with few talents to get some Extra SWD, and you can spam SWD until you get easily the buffed SWP.
Combo with Catharsis. Does Double 100/200k (its almost 1shot)
Also allows you to spam SWD and constantly dmging urself, you most likely break any Polymorph or Fear even not intentionally.
I'd Choose 4 set over everything in S3.
