Love the setup. A suggestion I have is to swap the spot of the mini fridge with the pc so the mini fridge has easy access.

the only problem is the two graphics cards... they don't work together which means if you're playing a video game or something only one of those cards is being used since there is no SLI (which is basically just the cards are connected using an adaptor, but they discontinued it for 30XX series anyway)
By having those two cards the bandwidth is slowing down the 3070 and with that you're only getting 1/4 the power of that 2nd card. You will see improvements in FPS and other aspects if you just remove the 2nd card (980 TI) Other than that nice room!!!

amazing setup! however, you should really look into getting a new cpu cooler because i dont think the stock cooler is enough for the games that he'll be playting. Since he has 2 3070s, I'm guessing he plays really high demanding games so investing into a new cooler for the CPU is a good idea.

the room is fire, but that fan just makes me feel weird. I have a gaming set up kinda like this and my theme was modern, and my wooden fan killed the mood, so i took the fan off and kept it in my living room, and i got this weird light up fan i got from my cousins and it matched up amazingly
