I love all of the support that you guys give me I know that it’s been kind of boring lately but it’s all preparation for the heavy stuff coming this season
Once I get this gasket installed after three weeks of this nonsense I cannot wait to start tuning my transmission because that is the next step Variator rollers belt clutch contra spring clutch springs shims all the good stuff This is what this bike is missing
I’m telling because it the same kit I had in my Zuma my new bike run I mean really 92mph 125cc stroker I’m just telling u because I do this and I have been for the bast 15 years and I actually have a set of gears GP that fit ur bike I got them in ARUBA 🇦🇼 a few years ago 16/48 I think that should make ur bike hit 75mph np if u set it up the way I was explaining but if u feel happy with ur set up I respect it
Without context and visual aid it is really difficult to diagnose issues unfortunately Check your killswitch button, look out for a short Check the spark plug cap make sure it’s connected securely Your battery might not be juiced up Those are just some loose possibilities brother
Oh and deff that pipe got to go making the bike hot , and u need to change the intake so the carb can face backwards where u have the carb at now it’s sucking up all the heat of the motor that’s bad 2 stroke don’t like heat the cooler the motor the more power u make
No I don’t need to do that I like my bike the way it is and it runs fast If it works for you it works for you dude I found my recipe and I stick to it Mike has never ran more than 260° entire life in the middle of the summer after a full speed run, I Get your idea This bike averages 220°F at all times really
Another cool vid always fun finding the power band on the carb
LOVE YOU! AND YOUR BIKES

Love the video bud . Been thinking about doing the Same thing. 👌🍻
It’s nice to know I have done the max of what I can to stretch the fuel delivery system out before digging into the trans/gears
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Used a ktm 50 carb 40 pilot 100 main jet and a set of 15/50 gears ⚙️ 2000 red clutch springs
Yellow 1500 contour and 36gr on the variator 🙏

I bought a NGK br8hs spark plug from AutoZone I was wondering if you have to gap them before installing
Nope, I just run them as is from the box and they are perfectly fine
Thanks David
@@demondrespratley8003 no problem man
Fix the speedometer. And drive safely! 🛵🚀
We are going to install that digital speedometer that I showed everybody a few videos back now, that’s gonna be worth the effort
