I heard that some people say astro is the most underwhelming main, but I have him and I can say he is one of the most well rounded mains, the only thing I would improve is his movement speed to a 3 or 4
When I first got Astro I thought he wasn't good but after playing for a while and having someone else play as Astro I ended up getting saved many times by the stamina regen
Can he counter pebble tho?

I had both Vee and Pebble on blackout on floor 7. I barely survived lol
Astro is a toon that gets things done in the background not really having a super supportive role but kinda just being there and getting stuff done
If you play as Astro, just keep in mind that you're safe. If there's some newbies that always stay closer to you when extracting, perfect
The fact that astro doesn't arms or doesn't wanna use his hands
Makes him form stars in order to use the machine
That makes me wanna mastery all characters and use him for last
It actually looks like Astro has 4 hands under his robe thing
@@HIM1242he does! in his twisted form, he loses his blanket(?) and it shows his 4 arms! the reason he doesnt wanna use his hands is because he doesnt wanna show his 4 arms!

And just like Twisted Vee, who has a tail (which her toon self doesn''t have), the
ichor probably just made twisted Astro have four arms. Toon Astro only has two
arms I think.
@@caroleenayarmolyuk1717its implied that he does but he infact most likely doesn’t since hes a main character its been said that the mains have their twisted versions changed apon alot, most likely from the ichor which changed him alot, like Vee, Shelly, Pebble and afew others
Astro would be better if you could see peoples stamina
I feel like his ability should apply to himself or atleast add a star to his movement speed/stamina

astro is actually really good if you can coordinate with someone that distracts the twisteds

I think main characters are overall balanced specially with good trinkets in a long run(not pebble tho(it's still bad than the others in a long run) also astro plays a huge part since you can easily walk off past twisted pebble (in the corners) and vee is good with one extraction trinket and one speed trinket(don't mind the stealth it's not bad nor good)
Same with astro(but u need speed mostly like ribbon spool or speedy shoes or either one extraction item with one speed item) although their abilities plays a huge part you can easily walk it off when you're not messing around
Tbh yesterday I bought astro and I'm already really good with him. I usually survive to floor 9 and with him I get to floor 13-20
3 of the mains toons r good ngl dude Astro vee and Pebble is good main toons hes VERY BIG as twisted not twisted vision is SO CUTE UWU
it took me 12 hours of playtime to even FIND twisted astro 😔
He killed me on floor 5 😭

Even though i haven't finished the video yet, i can say there is no "best main" or "best character/toon" to be. I currently have every toon in the game, and i can say that before you choose a character, you need to consider your playstyle first.
If you prefer a more stealthy playstyle with meh extraction speed, Astro might be a consideration.
If you prefer a mac crusher with bad or meh stealth, then Vee, rodger, or brightney might work well with you.
The same goes with any other playstyle out there.
I'm an astro main and i LOVE the playstyle, he fits really well for me.
You can also change up the playstyle with many different combinations of trinkets, to better suit what you would want for you in the game. So even if someone says a certain character is good (brightney, rodger ect.), just keep in mind what YOUR playstyle is and what YOU would want to play as in the game.
I guess it doesn’t say if he is the best it just says if you should use him
What would you say about Goob? As someone who focuses on extraction and stealth Im thinking astro.
@KinjiPhotos goob is more of a distractor type, meaning he can distract twisteds easily without running, but walking using dog plush. If you were to distract as goob I'd say dog plush and speedy shoes/wrench/vee remote seems like a good combo
If you don't want to distract as goob, then extraction trinkets would work well too.
If you're looking to play astro, I'd say vee remote/wrench/blue bandana and pink bow (or another extraction trinket/speed trinkets if you prefer)
(Many people use goob as a distractor)

i got astro, i have to say hes really good for my playstyle as a more supportive kind of person, his stamina regen also amkes him good in the distraction department for twisteds like poppy or boxten

Tho idk what is the best way to get astro research since im close to buying him just the research
Try soloing or going with some people, use rodger, and then when u see him in a floor, try to take the most amount of capsules u can, then, if u are speed invested, u can try making it run at you to get more research
Question, if you don’t mind me asking ofc, how long did it take you to grind for 5000 ichor?
I don't really know I just played with friends and somehow got a lot of ichor, I would say depending on how Good you are 2-3 days

Depends on your playing style, if you are more of a support kind if player then yes, astro Is more for helping the other players and has really good stealth to protect himself

What stealt do?
it determines how far away twisteds can see you from. for example, if you have 5 stealth, a twisted would have to be very close in order to see you, but if you have 1 stealth, you can be seen from much farther away
