@@sarojcookingworld4762 yes. When maratha king sarafoji ruled Thanjavur his settlements and people too settled here. Bombay sweets is one such sweet chain. They have mastered the original Gujia to Chandrakala and have bettered it.

Later checked with few chef s receipe they were adding cooking soda while making the dough.
