I just googled, "is the second user of one for all bakugo" and the result came up with, "After *all, Bakugo's One for All* was given back to Deku after the fight with Nine. ... *Bakugo* cannot permanently attain the power of *One for All* because the power already senses his power is the same with the *second user* therefore rejects him using it permanently. " so your theory is correct. (the reason some of the text is in bold letters, is because it was that way in the google result)

Need I remind you that his father was the main culprit to blame for what he has become? If his father wasn't so abusive just because his son adored heroes, Tomura wouldn't have accidentally killed them all because of the trauma and AFO wouldn't have f***ed with his life.

You can't blame Nana because her husband was killed by *AFO* and like a caring mother she is, she had to leave Kotarou to protect him from AFO. Tho I still don't like the fact that Kotarou beat the heck out of poor Tenko to "discipline" him, but he had a very tragic childhood that has traumatized him for the rest of his life, and he had to accept the reality and live in the society that AFO had created, but he soon realized that he has gone too far with Tenko, and thought of apologizing to him, but it was already too late.
Isn't AFO kind of similar to OFA? I mean, the consciousness of the past users lie within OFA and prevented Shinso from totally taking over Deku's mind during the UA sports festival. In the manga, All for One's consciousness seemed to be within the quirk itself as as well. Doesn't that mean that All For One could snap Shigaraki out of it when Shinso does manage to brainwash him?
Turtle, when all might said "Can't be stolen" he meant that you can't grab someone's hair and eat it and then have One for all. No, but the all for one quirk doesent one at the dna. I think it transfers the "Quirk cells" into the all for one user. That's what I think. And as for the reason all for one doesn't have it. It's because when all for one killed the previous user, the quirk was already leaving meaning it was just a lingering effect and they didn't really own it. That's why he couldn't take it from their body.
i think there's more to it then that, OFA has its own will or more to the point it has 8 wills. most quirks are intelligent in the way that OFA is so it makes sense it can fight off AFO in a way others can't
Honestly, I'm skeptical about whether the users actually can control One for All. We've seen the users help Deku in the sports festival. I don't think they really can stop people from inheriting it. Plus the quirk Jean makes sense. If all for one takes quirk DNA then one for all can't defend itself cuz it's not being transferred the traditional way.
This does sounds like a fic I read back then. But yeah, after this arc it would be a nice chance to explore the world more and introduce international heroes by making Tomura a global threat.
Is It just me or is it obvious that shigaraki will take one for all like the author keeps mentioning it so much that this point I wouldn't be surprised if shigaraki does manage to take one for All and win the battle it seems very likely to happen
Nop, if that happened it would take some real bullshit for the hero's to win, and it would probably ruin the story. unless the quirk forcibly goes back to deku.

What I rlly want for the future after this ark: Heroes lose and go to America, Shigaraki builds a huge army, Deku trains like crazy, We get a time skip, Deku gets a glow up and is much more badass, and I will leave the rest to Horikoshi

Actually no. OFA was always unstealable until now. Even the doctor says it was a quirk that was unstealable meaning AFO has tried taking it before without DNA.
I entirely agree with you if it wasn’t for the quirk limit, Nine was going to steal OFA and the only reason he didn’t succeed was because of the fact that OFA has too many quirks inside of it.
I don’t feel like Nine could actually take one for all. I feel like he just was confused by the defence mechanism and chalked it up to feeling a large amount of “data” being in one for all since he doesn’t know that the quirk locked him out and he was confused. He literally then realises Deku is special and tried to eliminate him afterwards. I don’t think the Dr would risk the one thing his master always wanted. It just seems extremely stupid to me that you would give the trial run of AFO to someone with the potential ability to steal one for all. However I do feel like Shigaraki has the ability to bypass one for all, since everything has been pointing to it lately he also seems to have become increasingly disinterested in the quirk the more he’s told to get it. So I don’t feel like he’s going to presue it like AFO did.
I feel like what he meant was, that if somebody found out that they could get ofa by eating the hair of izuku, izuku would have to want to pass the quirk onto them. I dont recall the manga ever mentioning that Afo could not just take it away if he actually had the chance, but i may be wrong
Logically speaking, it is my thinking that the doctor and AFO's thoughts that OFA can now be stolen are a combination of hubris, underestimation, and relative ignorance of OFA. Stick with me on that last one. I also feel that it is in the story's best interest to maintain that OFA cannot be stolen so that the internal logic of the quirk and moral themes of the show stay fully consistent. I've always figured it was likely that AFO was actually the one to discover how One For All worked, not OFA himself. It doesn't seem all that far fetched a scenario for AFO to want to take OFA's stockpile quirk back for some reason or another, quite possibly for the creation or experimentation on a Nomu. Who knows how long AFO and the doc have been working on them? If he did ever try to take it back, he would have realized immediately that he couldn't and immediately set his doctor to work on researching OFA to find out why. OFA was imprisoned at some point by AFO. As far as we know now, it was only because he opposed AFO's forces, but it is far from a stretch to say that AFO would've thrown him in prison if he had the one single power that AFO couldn't steal. Seems like a massive liability to me. At some point OFA passed the quirk on (IMO to his bodyguard that watched over him in prison, thanks to Reddit for that theory), and AFO's ability to research OFA was lost forever. After that point, the only information he could have on the quirk was the knowledge previously garnered by his doctor. They have zero information on how OFA works now, and the latest research they could possibly have would have come from the corpse of Nana Shimura if from anywhere. OFA in Shimura was vastly weaker than in All Might, and Midoriya's OFA will be vastly more powerful than All Might. There are many mechanics of that we don't know yet. As for hubris and underestimating OFA, it is unlikely that either AFO or the doctor are aware that OFA has reached singularity. Perhaps they suspect it, especially the doctor, but neither have a way to know confidently. Both the doctor and AFO are extremely confident personalities that are robustly headstrong and narcissistic. Even though both are extremely intelligent, we know enough about their characters to also conclude that their own overconfidence could VERY easily lead to error. As it stands right now, it seems that overconfidence is the very reason AFO is in Tartarus right now. He was so sure of his victory over All Might yet lost all the same. AFO is extremely intimidating, powerful, and intelligent to the point where he sometimes seems a smidge omniscient, but he is fallible all the same. AFO wants OFA so desperately that it seems to be an almost animal instinct within Tomura right now, that kind of wild desire can make even the most intelligent man abandon reason at times. In the same vein, we haven't actually ever been told what mechanic of OFA actually prevents a hostile transfer. We're being led to believe the vestiges are exactly that, but its never been attempted in a canon story arc. I believe all of this because I logically cannot think of a way for the story to move forward if Midoriya loses OFA. Shiggy getting OFA and being able to use it will never happen because he would be literally unstoppable, and the whole series would have to come to a close way too quickly. Shiggy stealing OFA also seems unlikely given the overarching "luck vs hard work" theme. It would go against the morals of the story for Midoriya to lose everything he worked so hard for in the blink of an eye. It also seems unlikely for his quirk to get stolen for one of the very things you kept bringing up. Hori does everything for a reason, and we've been beaten to death with the knowledge that OFA can't be stolen. Yes we're seeing villains who claim it can be stolen now, but we've seen villain overconfidence backfiring time and time again in AFO, Overhaul, Nine, Shiggy several times in the past, several smaller villains like Rappa, and more. This is likely another case of villain overconfidence. Imagine how emotional one would get after a 100 year long goal is met, some reason has to fly out the window when that happens. As much as I enjoy watching theory videos, it seems much more likely that the plot will continue to follow the logic and themes it has been setting up and using for a while now. That isn't to say you are wrong, its still possible OFA can be stolen, I just personally find it unlikely.

I've always thought one way One for All could be stolen was if a villain threatened the life of someone Deku cared about like his mom or Bakugo. Wouldn't that then force Deku to willingly transfer it? After all, he is trying to become a hero that saves everyone, right?
I’d say the defense mechanism all might was talking about was the multiple quirks, he just didn’t know yet due to those quirks not having activated yet.

I already know why: Shigaraki is Nana’s grandson, and you must have or consume a OFA user’s DNA to get it. However, Shigaraki needs to have the users consent, though since he already has Nana’s DNA in his own genes it could work.
If I recall... when the part of OFA not being able to be stolen was brought up, it was in reference to how it normally transfers (through one person consuming the DNA of the OFA user), as a way to assure Stain didn't have it after licking Deku's blood. But was there ever actually a statement about it being immune to being taken by the effect of a different quirk, as opposed to trying to trick it's own transferring ability to activate? If not, then maybe All Might's statement was talking solely about the transferring ability of the quirk being unable to activate without the user's consent, and that it wasn't suppose to imply that it couldn't be taken by other means like AFO.
That's what it seems like to me at least. I think All Might meant within the context of their conversation about DNA transference not as a generalized statement that it can't be taken at all.

I love all for one as a concept, a super power that can be passed on, the legacy and myth that creates around it and the genetic memory aspect of the power with the previous versions within it, is amazing it’s just so so cool

I'm still thinking the OfA can't be stolen or dismembered, I think it absorbs other quirks into itself not passes them on. Whith the whole Nine situation I think that was supposed to be the defence mechanism, but science he couldn't absorb the whole quirk because of it's multilayered existence it didn't fully activate. And the forgetting of the OFA can't be stolen can be explained by the adrenaline rush, protagonists being dens because it a seinen, to build up hype and suspense or the combination of the three. Plus wouldn't it be an awesome scene when shigaraki is trying to take OfA and all of a sudden all of the past users appear and just c*** block him and power up deku?

I'd say it's going to blow them up. If AFO takes quirks then the most poetic way to beat the quirk that takes quirks is to overload it with OFA. Ofa enhances all quirks, sometimes far greater than the body could handle. Forcefully give the quirk and then let it destroy the user from within and maybe the OFA quirk will also stop transferring ability so they wouldn't be able to get rid of the excess power
If i remember correctly, the Heroes Rising movie is not considered canon with the manga/anime. even though the creator had a hand in it, i read somewhere that it was more like an alternate ending/timeline to the show
Nice video but I gonna make a few points there. °Nine was still speculating at that point and he made another option if it being to have multiple quirks °Just cause All For One's quirk is different doesnt imply he can still All For One °Shigiraki tells Izuku to "give me one for all". That would imply that he would have to still give him one for all cause S wouldnt have said that if he was sure he could steal it. But overall nice video.
i got a mini theory: spoiler allert for the hero's rising movie but at the end of the movie we see shigaraki using the sluge warp gate kinda quirk from all for one but we see that that happened during the time of all mights retirement and all for one was defeated so i think that heros rising is at a piece of the timeline that shigaraki got all for one with the aditienal quirks but deku metioned that he could only use 20% afo and well during the time shigaraki got afo deku could use 30% so it doesnt work out in the timeline so could somebody help me continue this theory
Mabye the og afo can't steal ofa because of the relationship between the brothers, and since nine had a copy that link was broken and he could take it. Afo passed the Quirk onto (buff) shiggy, but we don't know where afo was before that, Dr garaki could've modified it in one of those Quirk tubes because afo obviously didn't have the og afo at kamino because their wouldn't have been enough time to give it to garaki so we can assume he's had it for awhile
I feel as though because one for all transference quirk is the sibling quirk to the all for one quirk it should have a natural immunity to being stolen. Also in the movie one for all itself/previous users wills choose to remain inside Izuku. So maybe the evolutions of one for all has made the quirk sentient. Don’t forget that All night has never been able to speak to the previous users like Izuku does. But you do make goods points. Good video!!
What if you need to get 100% control of one for all to it be impossible to be stolen? Like he need to pass through all users quirks from last to first until he reach the first user who the quirk that couldn’t be transferred came from
So the Stockpiling ability and Transferring ability fused to make One For All, right? And All For One can combine Quirks as seen when he said "Air Cannon plus Spring-Like Limbs. Kinetic Booster times four. Strength Enhancer times three"? Can Shigaraki separate the Quirks, take them, then combine them again?
I think it’s only using all for one that you can forcibly transfer all for one from it’s user which doses make sense. someone like stain can’t just get there dna and transfer it that way against the current users wishes, but like all might stated the quirk can be transfer to a new user by force as long as the current possessor wishes it. This prevent somebody from just staging dna running off with the quirk

So the flip side to this is that Nine just assumed he couldnt absorb it because his body was full, but that being put aside - it's still not something that can be stolen. Two sides of the same coin depending on whether or not it turn out to be stealable.
I think what he meant was that the transfer mechanism of one for all could not be activated against the user's will. Not that another mechanism wouldn't be able to transfer it.
Random thought. If shigaraki has the forceable quirk activation quirk that AFO had at Kamino, should he force deku to use the quirk and break all the bones in his body? Or even make him implode?
I think something similar can happen to shigaraki that happened to nine where nine couldn’t take all the quirks because he couldn’t get all of them, but shigaraki can take an unlimited amount of quirks. What would be different is that shigaraki wouldn’t be able to take all the quirks at once. That’s if shigaraki can even get to deku and try to take one for all
I do think that One For All can't be stolen until now. What All Might said is correct One For All cant be stolen. Nine couldnt steal it because he cant forcibly take it but since no one knows that he just claimed that it was because he had no more "storage tank" since it was a stockpiling quirk because to any other person its the most logical reason why. When the users showed up that was the will of One For All refusing to go to Nine and stopping him from taking it. But now the All For One quirk is stronger than ever. Stronger than the will of One For All. Thats why Shigaraki can take it now.
Okay now this is how I understand it one for all as a quirk can be passed down through consuming DNA of the previous holder. Now the quirk can't be inadvertently passed on it must be intentional passed on and the person receiving it must have a body strong enough to contain it. All for one can't steal it. The quirk exists as a small core of energy in the body and all quirks within that core are permeant parts of the quirk. it also seems to carry the wills or souls of the previous users as well this might be why all for one couldn't take it. So shigeraki might be able to steal one for all but I think he will not be able to own one for all and Deku will still be able to use the power and defeat shigeraki from the inside.
I was thinking the reason the one for all couldn't take one for all is because he doesn't have the DNA for it, and that's his soul reason for getting shigiraki. Because shigiraki was a blood relative of some one that had the quirk and possibly giving him the ability to take it even if the OFA owner dosen't want to. By shigiraki already having the DNA, it's effectively giving him the key to take one for all, but all he needs to do now is touch midoriya. Well that was just how I thought of the whole situation
Honestly, the thing of not be taken by force wouldve been better just bypassed. What should have happened is that AFO realised after the battle at kamino ward that if he uses forcible quirk activation on the one for all user and eats some of his dna (Hair) at the same time he should be able to trigger the trasnfer quirk to pass on one for all, I prefer this much more than it being not able to be stolen or be able to be stolen. Make it so that everyone thinks it cant but with this loophole maybe.
I don’t think Shigarakis Decay quirk was artificially upgraded, just him using it to its full extent as the hands acted like a repressor, limiting his memories of his traumatic past as well as his proficiency with his quirk.
Blehbl Blehbl Nine can only have a total of nine Quirks, and he had 2 open slots left. One for All is not just one Quirk, or like any other Quirk, and has a lot more to it. I’m not going to spoil anything in case you haven’t read the manga though. Basically, One for All wasn’t able to fit in his one Quirk limit slot because it carries so much more.
Blehbl Blehbl essentially, in the most basic form of explanation I can give, One for All stores not only the spirits/souls of the past users, but their Quirks as well. It’s as all too much for a mere slot to handle containing.
My theory was that AFO attempts to take OFA were always when the quirk was in a transfer process, and that’s why he couldn’t take it. Like if he attempted to take it from All Might at Kamino, he wouldn’t be able to cause the quirk largely belonged to Deku. Haven’t researched enough though
All might once said that quirks in ofa aren't strong bcz they were passed on sometimes bcz the user was on death bed so transferred to any person that was near him

I'm gonna say no to this being likely, because the pre-established canon is not something to be meddled with so lightly. Shiggy being able to steal OFA would be a major ass pull, and Horikoshi has proven time again that he's a master at avoiding those.
Nine could not steal it just because he did not have room. There is a diference between transfering the one for all and stealing it... AFO could always steal it, and in this case, also Shigaraki

In heroes rising movie bakugou uses one for all even though he lost his consciousness before the transfer was completed right.you also told in one of your video that bakugou was the second user of one for all right is it possible that he himself has one for all within him but probably lost memory of what happened in the past when he returned to the present
I’m not caught up with the anime or Manga but I always theorized that All For One would somehow give the All For One quirk to Shigaraki, if that’s even possible. But he would give it to him even if he is not ready saying something like “go on, you must embrace and carry on my legacy.”
Or it will be the good ol' "you took only the most of my power, but my true power is still inside me" trope. And most likely using the "some part of OFA residing in Deku" route you described.
I think that OFA cannot be taken by force by its own transfer ability, because it can read the heart of its wielder and knows when to transfer. But being stolen by an outside quirk like AFO is another matter entirely.
Or maybe One for all is like a vault with the quirk inside . Think about it the person has the vault and willingly gives the quirk to someone else because they know the combination. All for one is like someone with the equipment to break into someone’s “vault” the doctor theoretically just upgraded the equipment and is now able to “bust One for all’s vault.”

Turtle, when all might said "Can't be stolen" he meant that you can't grab someone's hair and eat it and then have One for all. No, but the all for one quirk doesent one at the dna. I think it transfers the "Quirk cells" into the all for one user. That's what I think. And as for the reason all for one doesn't have it. It's because when all for one killed the previous user, the quirk was already leaving meaning it was just a lingering effect and they didn't really own it. That's why he couldn't take it from their body.
i think there's more to it then that, OFA has its own will or more to the point it has 8 wills.
most quirks are intelligent in the way that OFA is so it makes sense it can fight off AFO in a way others can't
Honestly, I'm skeptical about whether the users actually can control One for All. We've seen the users help Deku in the sports festival. I don't think they really can stop people from inheriting it. Plus the quirk Jean makes sense. If all for one takes quirk DNA then one for all can't defend itself cuz it's not being transferred the traditional way.
So what I have gathered is that OFA is basically just a large video game and you need a lot of space to "download" it.
This does sounds like a fic I read back then. But yeah, after this arc it would be a nice chance to explore the world more and introduce international heroes by making Tomura a global threat.

I feel like he just was confused by the defence mechanism and chalked it up to feeling a large amount of “data” being in one for all since he doesn’t know that the quirk locked him out and he was confused. He literally then realises Deku is special and tried to eliminate him afterwards.
I don’t think the Dr would risk the one thing his master always wanted. It just seems extremely stupid to me that you would give the trial run of AFO to someone with the potential ability to steal one for all.
However I do feel like Shigaraki has the ability to bypass one for all, since everything has been pointing to it lately he also seems to have become increasingly disinterested in the quirk the more he’s told to get it. So I don’t feel like he’s going to presue it like AFO did.

Logically speaking, it is my thinking that the doctor and AFO's thoughts that OFA can now be stolen are a combination of hubris, underestimation, and relative ignorance of OFA. Stick with me on that last one. I also feel that it is in the story's best interest to maintain that OFA cannot be stolen so that the internal logic of the quirk and moral themes of the show stay fully consistent.
I've always figured it was likely that AFO was actually the one to discover how One For All worked, not OFA himself. It doesn't seem all that far fetched a scenario for AFO to want to take OFA's stockpile quirk back for some reason or another, quite possibly for the creation or experimentation on a Nomu. Who knows how long AFO and the doc have been working on them? If he did ever try to take it back, he would have realized immediately that he couldn't and immediately set his doctor to work on researching OFA to find out why. OFA was imprisoned at some point by AFO. As far as we know now, it was only because he opposed AFO's forces, but it is far from a stretch to say that AFO would've thrown him in prison if he had the one single power that AFO couldn't steal. Seems like a massive liability to me. At some point OFA passed the quirk on (IMO to his bodyguard that watched over him in prison, thanks to Reddit for that theory), and AFO's ability to research OFA was lost forever. After that point, the only information he could have on the quirk was the knowledge previously garnered by his doctor. They have zero information on how OFA works now, and the latest research they could possibly have would have come from the corpse of Nana Shimura if from anywhere. OFA in Shimura was vastly weaker than in All Might, and Midoriya's OFA will be vastly more powerful than All Might. There are many mechanics of that we don't know yet.
As for hubris and underestimating OFA, it is unlikely that either AFO or the doctor are aware that OFA has reached singularity. Perhaps they suspect it, especially the doctor, but neither have a way to know confidently. Both the doctor and AFO are extremely confident personalities that are robustly headstrong and narcissistic. Even though both are extremely intelligent, we know enough about their characters to also conclude that their own overconfidence could VERY easily lead to error. As it stands right now, it seems that overconfidence is the very reason AFO is in Tartarus right now. He was so sure of his victory over All Might yet lost all the same. AFO is extremely intimidating, powerful, and intelligent to the point where he sometimes seems a smidge omniscient, but he is fallible all the same. AFO wants OFA so desperately that it seems to be an almost animal instinct within Tomura right now, that kind of wild desire can make even the most intelligent man abandon reason at times. In the same vein, we haven't actually ever been told what mechanic of OFA actually prevents a hostile transfer. We're being led to believe the vestiges are exactly that, but its never been attempted in a canon story arc.
I believe all of this because I logically cannot think of a way for the story to move forward if Midoriya loses OFA. Shiggy getting OFA and being able to use it will never happen because he would be literally unstoppable, and the whole series would have to come to a close way too quickly. Shiggy stealing OFA also seems unlikely given the overarching "luck vs hard work" theme. It would go against the morals of the story for Midoriya to lose everything he worked so hard for in the blink of an eye. It also seems unlikely for his quirk to get stolen for one of the very things you kept bringing up. Hori does everything for a reason, and we've been beaten to death with the knowledge that OFA can't be stolen. Yes we're seeing villains who claim it can be stolen now, but we've seen villain overconfidence backfiring time and time again in AFO, Overhaul, Nine, Shiggy several times in the past, several smaller villains like Rappa, and more. This is likely another case of villain overconfidence. Imagine how emotional one would get after a 100 year long goal is met, some reason has to fly out the window when that happens. As much as I enjoy watching theory videos, it seems much more likely that the plot will continue to follow the logic and themes it has been setting up and using for a while now. That isn't to say you are wrong, its still possible OFA can be stolen, I just personally find it unlikely.

I've always thought one way One for All could be stolen was if a villain threatened the life of someone Deku cared about like his mom or Bakugo. Wouldn't that then force Deku to willingly transfer it? After all, he is trying to become a hero that saves everyone, right?

If I recall... when the part of OFA not being able to be stolen was brought up, it was in reference to how it normally transfers (through one person consuming the DNA of the OFA user), as a way to assure Stain didn't have it after licking Deku's blood.
But was there ever actually a statement about it being immune to being taken by the effect of a different quirk, as opposed to trying to trick it's own transferring ability to activate? If not, then maybe All Might's statement was talking solely about the transferring ability of the quirk being unable to activate without the user's consent, and that it wasn't suppose to imply that it couldn't be taken by other means like AFO.
That's what it seems like to me at least. I think All Might meant within the context of their conversation about DNA transference not as a generalized statement that it can't be taken at all.

I'm still thinking the OfA can't be stolen or dismembered, I think it absorbs other quirks into itself not passes them on. Whith the whole Nine situation I think that was supposed to be the defence mechanism, but science he couldn't absorb the whole quirk because of it's multilayered existence it didn't fully activate. And the forgetting of the OFA can't be stolen can be explained by the adrenaline rush, protagonists being dens because it a seinen, to build up hype and suspense or the combination of the three. Plus wouldn't it be an awesome scene when shigaraki is trying to take OfA and all of a sudden all of the past users appear and just c*** block him and power up deku?

I'd say it's going to blow them up. If AFO takes quirks then the most poetic way to beat the quirk that takes quirks is to overload it with OFA. Ofa enhances all quirks, sometimes far greater than the body could handle. Forcefully give the quirk and then let it destroy the user from within and maybe the OFA quirk will also stop transferring ability so they wouldn't be able to get rid of the excess power
If i remember correctly, the Heroes Rising movie is not considered canon with the manga/anime. even though the creator had a hand in it, i read somewhere that it was more like an alternate ending/timeline to the show

i got a mini theory: spoiler allert for the hero's rising movie but at the end of the movie we see shigaraki using the sluge warp gate kinda quirk from all for one but we see that that happened during the time of all mights retirement and all for one was defeated so i think that heros rising is at a piece of the timeline that shigaraki got all for one with the aditienal quirks but deku metioned that he could only use 20% afo and well during the time shigaraki got afo deku could use 30% so it doesnt work out in the timeline so could somebody help me continue this theory

Mabye the og afo can't steal ofa because of the relationship between the brothers, and since nine had a copy that link was broken and he could take it. Afo passed the Quirk onto (buff) shiggy, but we don't know where afo was before that, Dr garaki could've modified it in one of those Quirk tubes because afo obviously didn't have the og afo at kamino because their wouldn't have been enough time to give it to garaki so we can assume he's had it for awhile
I feel as though because one for all transference quirk is the sibling quirk to the all for one quirk it should have a natural immunity to being stolen. Also in the movie one for all itself/previous users wills choose to remain inside Izuku. So maybe the evolutions of one for all has made the quirk sentient. Don’t forget that All night has never been able to speak to the previous users like Izuku does. But you do make goods points. Good video!!

I think it’s only using all for one that you can forcibly transfer all for one from it’s user which doses make sense. someone like stain can’t just get there dna and transfer it that way against the current users wishes, but like all might stated the quirk can be transfer to a new user by force as long as the current possessor wishes it. This prevent somebody from just staging dna running off with the quirk

I think something similar can happen to shigaraki that happened to nine where nine couldn’t take all the quirks because he couldn’t get all of them, but shigaraki can take an unlimited amount of quirks. What would be different is that shigaraki wouldn’t be able to take all the quirks at once. That’s if shigaraki can even get to deku and try to take one for all
I do think that One For All can't be stolen until now. What All Might said is correct One For All cant be stolen. Nine couldnt steal it because he cant forcibly take it but since no one knows that he just claimed that it was because he had no more "storage tank" since it was a stockpiling quirk because to any other person its the most logical reason why. When the users showed up that was the will of One For All refusing to go to Nine and stopping him from taking it. But now the All For One quirk is stronger than ever. Stronger than the will of One For All. Thats why Shigaraki can take it now.
Okay now this is how I understand it one for all as a quirk can be passed down through consuming DNA of the previous holder. Now the quirk can't be inadvertently passed on it must be intentional passed on and the person receiving it must have a body strong enough to contain it. All for one can't steal it. The quirk exists as a small core of energy in the body and all quirks within that core are permeant parts of the quirk. it also seems to carry the wills or souls of the previous users as well this might be why all for one couldn't take it. So shigeraki might be able to steal one for all but I think he will not be able to own one for all and Deku will still be able to use the power and defeat shigeraki from the inside.

I was thinking the reason the one for all couldn't take one for all is because he doesn't have the DNA for it, and that's his soul reason for getting shigiraki. Because shigiraki was a blood relative of some one that had the quirk and possibly giving him the ability to take it even if the OFA owner dosen't want to. By shigiraki already having the DNA, it's effectively giving him the key to take one for all, but all he needs to do now is touch midoriya. Well that was just how I thought of the whole situation

Honestly, the thing of not be taken by force wouldve been better just bypassed. What should have happened is that AFO realised after the battle at kamino ward that if he uses forcible quirk activation on the one for all user and eats some of his dna (Hair) at the same time he should be able to trigger the trasnfer quirk to pass on one for all, I prefer this much more than it being not able to be stolen or be able to be stolen. Make it so that everyone thinks it cant but with this loophole maybe.
I don’t think Shigarakis Decay quirk was artificially upgraded, just him using it to its full extent as the hands acted like a repressor, limiting his memories of his traumatic past as well as his proficiency with his quirk.
The only reason Nine couldn’t steal One for All was because it didn’t fit in his slot. He said that himself.

I’m not going to spoil anything in case you haven’t read the manga though. Basically, One for All wasn’t able to fit in his one Quirk limit slot because it carries so much more.

My theory was that AFO attempts to take OFA were always when the quirk was in a transfer process, and that’s why he couldn’t take it. Like if he attempted to take it from All Might at Kamino, he wouldn’t be able to cause the quirk largely belonged to Deku. Haven’t researched enough though

I'm gonna say no to this being likely, because the pre-established canon is not something to be meddled with so lightly. Shiggy being able to steal OFA would be a major ass pull, and Horikoshi has proven time again that he's a master at avoiding those.
Nine could not steal it just because he did not have room. There is a diference between transfering the one for all and stealing it... AFO could always steal it, and in this case, also Shigaraki

I’m not caught up with the anime or Manga but I always theorized that All For One would somehow give the All For One quirk to Shigaraki, if that’s even possible. But he would give it to him even if he is not ready saying something like “go on, you must embrace and carry on my legacy.”

I think that OFA cannot be taken by force by its own transfer ability, because it can read the heart of its wielder and knows when to transfer.
But being stolen by an outside quirk like AFO is another matter entirely.
Or maybe One for all is like a vault with the quirk inside . Think about it the person has the vault and willingly gives the quirk to someone else because they know the combination. All for one is like someone with the equipment to break into someone’s “vault” the doctor theoretically just upgraded the equipment and is now able to “bust One for all’s vault.”
