Love your reactions to Angelina's version of "Easy On Me". The difference between Adele's powerful voice is that Angelina's voice has a soulful Jazzy sound, that she brings to all her music. Please go back went Angelina was 6 yrs old her Grandmother arranged a Studio recording session for her very first time. Angelina sang "I Who Have Nothing". Next look up the "Norway Got Talent" 2014 season show, Angelina was 7 yrs old singing "Gloomy Sunday", "I'm A Fool To Want You", "Bang Bang", and "Summer Time". Angelina won the "NGT" show and the hearts of the world went her performance went Viral.
Angelina is 15 years old in this video and she was 9 years old when she recorded " I put a spell on you ". Angelina turned 16 years old this year on January 10th 2022.
I have no need to say it's better than Adele, but I find myself listening to Angelina's cover.

Had Easy on me on my Phone but had to change it when Angelina made a cover ❤️ The more richer tone and nuances she puts in her cover is amazing and the emotions in her voice just made it easy to like it so much ❤️ Angelina is crazy good, and still only a teenager ❤️ Her music make me feel the music more, and thats why I listen to music, to feel it in my heart, and then it is easy to choose Angelina ❤️

I love the ability that Angelina had to immerse herself in the soul of the song, with her usual naturalness and I appreciated her unique and fascinating way of modifying Adele's version, changing it according to her perspective as a great multiform interpreter which she is. I also love the way she wanted to reassure us about her grandmother's health (she had just had an operation) and she did it with infinite delicacy and sweetness, their heads side by side as if to counterbalance the emotional detachment that Adele writes about in the song. Sweetness, emotion, softness, soul, love, are all ingredients always present in her voice. 💛 🧡 ❤️

I will just add another comment saying that if you want to check out Angelina's originals, "Million Miles" is a great place to start. "Shield" from before her recording contract when she was 12 I think is also worth listening to. All of her originals are very meaningful.

Adele wanted a big production for her life concerts in Las Vegas and postponed it a day before it should start, because she was not satisfied with this.

Angelina Jordan is 16 yo now in 2022. I think this video is age 14. 13 or 14, but I think 14. Why it can feel better than Adele (IMO), is that Angelina conveys a lot of compassion in her voice. Adele's voice has a knife in it, and much less compassion, if any. I love Adele's work, for the most part, so this is just an observation and not meant to pit the two artists against each other. Angelina is always very respectful of the artists she covers---like she honors, rather than competes. We are all expecting her to drop an album in 2023. Yes, she has original songs: "Oslo." "What Is LIfe?" "Million Miles." and others I can't pull out of the brain box at the moment. Other listeners will fill you in, I'm sure. Great reaction video. 💜

Please remember she was 10 or to be more accurate she recorded it a week before her 11th birthday. Once you hear the song you will understand why I keep saying her age. The original song writer is called Baby Fuzz and he did record it a couple of years after she did the demo. You can find his version on UA-cam. but her version hits different and will move you. Also, the fan allows the video to be played without copywrite strikes so you can play it all the way without stopping but I have only seen a few people do so because the song is so moving.

okay now, lolol. if you are going to do reactions to an artist, do your research. Angelina recorded this cover just days after Adeles song was released. Angelina is 15 here. Adele did see this video, finally, and although she wouldnt watch the whole thing. she seemed almost annoyed that Angelina was so good on it. Angelina has original songs that she wrote. The main one and its absolutely heart wrenching is a song called "Million Miles", ( live in studio ) black and white video. she wrote this song about her grandfather after he passed away. there are 3 versions of this video. the best one was the last one released, its a live in studio version. the music is more simple and beautiful !!! she also has a song called "7th Heaven". its a more jazzy song, but its catchy and good !!! there are 2 videos of this one out there.
