Well it really works with all beings! I did that last night to a skunk, wanted to spray my daughter and I while we were outside chit chatting in our terrace... It opened its tale and as soon as I sent it love, it went away. ❤ Sending love to all of you beautiful souls

Suzanne, thank you for this enlightening story that takes place in an ordinary situation in everyday life.
Back in the 1990s, I enthusiastically began learning about what my engineer then-husband called "woo woo stuff." One of the things I learned was that there were enormous spiritual benefits to encompass people and places in white light--not actual white light, but in my imagination. Supposedly, the white light would lift spirits, help crumble negativity, and make people (animals, whatever) feel relaxed, healthier, and happier. So I used to do that when I was in crowds, at the grocery store, in classes, wherever.
One time, we were at a wedding where we knew the groom but no one else. At the reception, my ex and I (both of us introverts) stood off to the side and watched these happy people chatter together. The groom and his bride stood in the middle of a throng.
I decided this would be a nice time to bless everyone, so I imagined a huge bubble of white, or let's say opal-colored, light surrounding everyone in the building and just outside of it. I held it for a few minutes and then let it go. Within a few moments, the groom looked around, saw us, and waded through many well-wishers to reach us. Us! Out of all those loved ones, he came to chat with us. He was not a spiritual guy at the time, but I wondered what brought him to my ex and me. Perhaps at some level, he felt the blessing and wanted to thank us for it.
Some time later, I was told that we shouldn't do the white light exercise because it has an unintended side effect: if there's a recipient who is working through some lengthy, difficult problem of their own, the white light "resets" their progress so they have to start over again. I hope that's not true. I haven't done the white light blessing since.

I typically call on the Angels saying something like "Help him" in situations similar to the frustrated customer in the store... which I suppose that i send out of love... and that often helps. And I do really like the message about you and Tai. Very helpful!!

Love this! Thank you! I do this when I think about it even when there’s no conflict. I don’t always remember to do it when out and about but I’m getting better and better about remembering to do so. I’m not a confrontational type of person but we are so programmed to get defensive and snap back before thinking about it. I formerly would’ve judged and said to myself, “how rude and obnoxious...” I’ve made sending love out to the world every day as part of my spiritual practice. I feel my heart open and I know something is happening. I imagine it going out from my heart and pouring over the earth like red paint. I actually saw billboard sign for paint that inspired my “mental picture.”

Beautiful but hard with people that r toxic or don’t respect your boundaries . Sometimes u need to be stern and respect yourself first or that same person will try to take advantage of u. Especially hard when dealing with a Narcissist. Overall it depends on how close you r to the person and their personality type. I myself try to send love as much as possible. Other times I have to be stern first and then send love .

Why is it first instinct to want to “push back”? And it seems like “work” to send LOVE? When it should be the other way around . Thank you Suzanne for the wonderful messages! ❤️❤️❤️

This is a "funny" story. My neighbor is like the guy in the store, he goes to great lengths to be rude and nasty. After quite a while of 'keeping our heads down', we both started sending LOVE BUBBLES 💕 to him. He had the same reaction "What are you DOING to me" so he installed 5 cameras pointed at our property to find out!! Now we have those 5 eyes to send LOVE BUBBLES to him as he monitors our EVERY MOVE!! Gotta Laugh, but you know it's "working"!!

@@patricebennett1100 It seems to me like we are surrounded by narcissistic behavior everywhere we look, there is never an EXCUSE for the entitlement and rudeness they exude. Most of us just have to 'put up with it' or put boundaries in place. The love BUBBLES technique works well for getting myself 'out of the game'. I'm sure YOU don't act like that when you have problems!💕💗💕

I needed the reminder. Today I tweeted an observation of my level of anger toward anti-vaxxers with no medical or religious reason for their stance. It was my view that my level of anger was nearly uncontrollable. One of my followers replied with “what are you going to do about it?” I ignored the reply for several hours because it looked like a call to confrontation and I didn’t know what words to use, so I finally responded with a thumbs up. His reply was “I thought so.” I have not replied with another tweet because my knowledge of the person had me instantly viewing his response as condemning me as a chickenshit who’s afraid to stand up for my beliefs.
I’ve spent a good portion of the evening actually wondering if he’s right. Am I fearful of acting on my publicly expressed opinions? If I’m not, how do I convince someone else to follow the science? If I am, how do I convince myself to follow through on my beliefs when doing so these days is often physically fearful?
I like the idea of sending love, but how do I get over my intense anger? I lived through the polio outbreak in the ‘50s, but one of my cousins lived in an iron lung for years. Again in the ‘50s I nearly died in a local measles outbreak while in a coma for six weeks. Epidemics are very real in my memories, so the obstinacy of anti-vaxxers is baffling to me.

It really doesn't work this way at all. I think women tend to think this way because society favors them in this way, but i remember being a kind hearted, decent kid with great intentions and getting rolled by the world.
I didn't deserve it. Kids being bombed in the middle east don't deserve it. Kids starving in Africa don't deserve it. What are they supposed to radiate for this. Love? Gratitude?!
Brighter the light, darker the shadow. For every thing, it has it's opposite and they're intertwined like a tapestry. Weaving back and forth. It is the principle of polarity. Or rhythm. On the surface things of like kind can seem to attract, but there is always a balance. Always an undercurrent. A riptide ready to drag you under at your unawares or six degrees of separation type of events ready to blindside you when you least expect it.
Everything is cyclical, is it not? Like cycles of seasons or even the balance of predator and prey within an ecosystem.
Feeling love and gratitude are good. But we can't simply melt into the couch like a heroin addict for these things. Life is pain also and pain brings focus.
Like the Joni Mitchell song says; "I've looked at life from both sides now." Ultimately it's pretty arbitrary, really.
