I think this is THE best Xena and Gabrielle video around! I've watched it an embarrassing number of times, and the first time, I exlaimed aloud, "Their love is so pure!" They actually kiss FOUR times total: Gabrielle's wedding in Callisto Returns (the random, not-so-platonic kiss of angst I think most people forget), the classic in The Quest, the fairytale inspired ring of fire scene in the Ring trilogy, and "the water transfer" in the dreaded finale. So it goes from interrupted but totally unexcused by the plot to more apparent but thinly veiled as a plot point. The art of subtext... you can't "prove" they're together, but no two people have ever been more together in the history of the earth. Hah!
And 2 CPR scenes.....just sayin lol
No doubt this is the video of Xena and Gabrielle most beautiful I've ever seen ❤ simply wonderful, and the music of my muse Sia, let the perfect video 😍👏👏👏

It's so funny to me that in the video commentary of the finale rob said you guys made me put that kiss in there I didnt want to! And renee was all mhm! And 2:05 Xena looks so vulnerable. There's really only a handful of those moments in the whole series and you captured one. Its rare to see her look lost when she's always the warrior who knows what's happening before it happens.

Wow I just got the first season of Xena and loved it. I used to watch it as a kid (but forgot almost everything) and looking at some of these clips I can't believe my folks let me watch this show! Not because of the Xena and Gabrielle's um...friendship? but because it had kissing. Yes that did sound as lame as I imagen it would. My folks did a lot of "covering up" oh awesome video by the way!

i remember i used to watch this when i was a kid, forgot basically everything about it so was abit surprised when learning upon xena's erm friendship/relationship (whatever it was lol) with gabrielle, i'm actually gay and xena was my first crush lol, i always wondered why i never forgot about this show even though its been years since iv seen anything to do with it and no1 i know remembers it... i guess now i know why :)

sebastian sonred I wouldn't say dead, but the series ended with season 6, last I checked. Still a great series to watch, though, and the conventions, fanfics, fan videos, etc, are all fantastic for the most part. My favorite series, by far.
