  • I give this machine a 10/10 .. have suffered from painful nocturnal leg calf cramps/spasms/charlie horses all my life & since using this machine 30 minutes/day, they have all been eliminated. No more night time cramps. I've tried everything .. drinking water at night, stretching, magnesium, potassium, calcium, supplements, bananas, tonic water, quinine pills & various other natural remedies, but to no avail .. this machine is the first & only thing I've found to work for me. Yes I agree!
I would also give this machine 10 out of 10.
I am a big man and my legs are so big and they hurt and I to have pain at night and all the time actually.
But yesterday I went out at got this machine and now after only 4 times 30 minutes of use,I feel a massive improvement.
This morning for the first time in over 10 years,I could walk up the stairs in a normal way and not one step at a time as
I use to do and I have no pain in my legs what so ever.
This is one of those very rare times, where a produkt actually does what the commercials say.
I do need the machine to be on 80-85% before I can feel it work though.
    So yes!
I will recommend this produkt 100% I only wish I had got one a long time ago.
greetings from a very happy revitive owner in Denmark. :=)

@@RedmanChronic it's true. I have severe circulation problems. Rheumatoid Arthritis, swollen feet, ankles, souls of the foot, severe calf and knee pain, restless legs. This machine is unbelievably therapeutic. Reduces the pain and helps with swelling. This 100% works. I also use this on the higher setting at 80%-90%. You will fell like some one has literally climbed in to your joints and given you a deep tissue massage. I am actually using this as we speak.
But one thing to note is, you must use it regularly. You won't regret investing in one of these.

Covid killer. 80% hospitalizations obese. If walking heart people aren't going to do it. Really annoys me simple solutions (or part of one) aren't promoted. Amazed vitamin co pays arent advertising like gang busters after seeing all experts saying covid related to low Votamin D etc.

My toes have slowly been feeling more numb over the last 2 years and I decided to try this device. After 1 session I could feel the effect was moving in the right direction. After a few sessions there was clearly a benefit happening. WOW. I'm convinced it promotes circulation as advertised. BUT, I also noted a side effect that I want to warn about. Since the device is basically electronically contracting your foot and calf muscles to promote better circulation, it also seems to (in a very small way) to contract your bowels as well. SO, my advice to anyone using for the first time is: clear you bowels before using this in order to reduce the discomfort of the need to "go" while in session. You get the idea. Otherwise I'm quite impressed with the results in such a short period after using this for the first few days. I'm convinced that regular use will be very helpful in recovering the feeling back in my feet.
PS I also find that taking a walk after the session helps promote further recovery of the blood circulation process. Good Luck and Good Health!

For leg cramps, I take 500 mg of magnesium per day and no cramps. However, if I eat or drink food containing calcium, I can get some nasty leg cramps. Calcium causes muscles to contract and magnesium relaxes them.

I'm a diabetic with very poor blood circulation and nerve damage in both soles of my feet due to Diabetes. In bed my feet feel like ice blocks no matter how many pairs of socks i put on to keep them warm. Sometimes i cant get to sleep because of it. I heard about this machine and was initially put off by the price (its not particularly cheap) but I saw them on special at a local store so I thought "What the hell" and purchased one. Quite simply the "BEST" thing i've ever spent money on, I can feel the electrical impulses going through my feet and up my legs, after the first two uses my feet were much better, I can walk easier, it has totally eradicated the constant pins & needles I always had and my feet don't feel cold in bed anymore. Take it from me, I am the most cynical person around and I dont like parting with money unless Im getting something good for it but I 100% Recommend this machine to anyone who has poor blood circulation or cramps in their feet and legs. As the other person said "A product that actually does what it claims" trust me , you won't be disappointed.

I have diagnosed claudication (Claudication is pain caused by too little blood flow, usually during exercise. Sometimes called intermittent claudication, this condition generally affects the blood vessels in the legs, but claudication can affect the arms, too) and take medications but they don't help me at all - would this be good for relieving the dull pain in my calf and feet? I really do get the cramps too. Also how does one use the electrodes and pads? Is there an instruction manual that comes with this product?... Sounds like a silly question but you'd be surprised that at least one other product I used didn't have one and although the lights came on it didn't even work.

Just recently bought this ,having (age 63) swollen legs. What I'm searching for though, is a device that vibrates. Remembering from my childhood ,when walking for a day at the zoo or some other park , you sometimes had these vibrating iron plates against tired feet. Always found these things a treat. Recently bought some battery operated vibrating cushion, but that was too flimsy.
Just can't seem to find a solid vibrating apparatus for one's feet.....Sitting hours at the PC is not very advisable for swollen legs ofcourse...

I suffer from MS aka Multiple Sclerosis (and i mean it when i say suffer ) and Iam in constant pain all day every day with my legs and feet. My muscles cramp like crazy and i get alot of nerve pain throughout my legs and feet in which no medication, exercise (i cant even walk much) or specific diet etc help in any way and I've seen many vids etc showing how well this works for pain etc. I also have extremely bad circulation in my legs and heaps of numbness (except for pain) so i thought maybe this circulation booster might be worth a try. According to many people, it sure has helped them in many ways and its not just some fake testimonials on commercials or internet etc. Whilst it is expensive for me, iam willing to give it a go so here's to hoping! :) Happy for y'all whom found it has worked! :)

From a medical standpoint, there is absolutely no reason why these machines WOULDN'T work. They are particularly beneficial for Type 2 diabetics who suffer from PAD or PVD, or a general reduction in peripheral circulation from the knees down. I would however, strongly advise diabetes sufferers to monitor their blood glucose levels a little more closely when first using circulation boosters (for the first week or so), as the increased circulation can cause mild hypoglycemia in some people, and so they may have to reduce their insulin levels as a result. Incidentally, I'm not at all sure about the comment someone made about circulation boosters having an alleged side-effect of contracting the bowel (sorry Mr Waters!) but this could only ever be psychosomatic, as the nerve groups controlling the lower extremities have no contact with, and thus cannot impinge upon the nerve groups controlling the bowel or bladder. As an aside by the way, the name of this particular machine is the _'Revitive 9'_ with 8 previous models having been marketed prior to this one. The _'IX'_ in the name are simply the Roman numerals for the number 9. As in 'Rocky IV' or the QE II.

Covid killer? Whole country going through hell when covid almost a sympto of obesity and inactivity. Gov could issue one to every house with diabetics and obesity and watch hospiyslizations drop. Im interested in affect if all obese people started day with bullet proof coffee. Butter and good fats blended with hot coffee. Appetite satiated, bowels probably activated and caffeine gets them moving. Arent going to get them mpving and cutting bad habits easy only adding simple ones, especially if talking millions of people. Rather pay for revitive in fat peoples houses than mandating young and healthy get experimental vaccines.

Hi, please can you advise: Ive just brought my father in law's machine home (he passed away last year) and plugged it in, and put up the middle button (with the feet symbol) to 30, but nothing happened. Does that mean I need to crank it up real high before it does anything? And can you tell me what is the bottom button for, the one with the man symbol on it?

    • @rob22924
      @rob22924  7 років тому

Yes, you will find that depending how dry the skin on your feet is, you may need a higher number to start feeling the tingling. If you take your socks off & the soles of your feet are slightly damp, the tingling will start at a lower number. You can purchase a gel from Revitive which will cause higher conductivity, or you could probably use any skin cream. So as you increase the number, the tingling gets stronger until it moves your feet back & forth in a rocking motion. You can adjust the strength or number until it suits you. The symbol of the man shows the strength settings for when you plug in optional pads that you can use on your back or shoulders for example to also give those muscles a workout to get them to relax.

Leg cramps while sleeping are commonly caused by overbreathing. When you overbreathe CO2 levels drop and CO2 is a relaxant of smooth muscle .IF you want to test it .hold your breath about 10 times and then return to breathing less and through nose and as the CO2 restore the cramp will quickly disappear.Read about the Buteyko Method for more details.

All of the below remedies work for some however my mag and pot are normal levels and my leg cramps in the upper part of the legs are caused by over exertion and sometimes dehydration. Years ago my aunt who also suffers from cramps told me to drink tonic water and then a number of years later my family doctor told me the same thing. Works like a charm and works in minutes. Just another alternative if anyone is interested. Certainly a lot safer than taking quinine pills.

Denise Harvey . Yes it works 100 %. My doctor who is retired now told me about it and when I told my Aunt she said she had been drinking tonic water for years for her leg cramps. Its wonderful how these older doctors know so much. Now, if your mom is a diabetic you should check to see if you can get a diet tonic water as there is 35 grams of sugar or more in one can. It is the quinine in the water that relaxes the muscles and because it is a low amount better for you than quinine pills. If I have a bad cramp, I grab a can as fast as I can, start drinking it and inconstantly walk around the house and usually before the can is completely finished my cramp is gone. Tell your mom good luck because I know how painful the cramps can be. In fact, if I have been really busy all day and my legs feel tired an heavy I try to ward off the cramps off by drinking a can just before I go to bed. So far so good, no cramps.

For leg cramps, go to Walmart, Walgreens, etc and by a bottle of Hyland's Leg Cramps tablets. My brother told me about this because I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night with thigh cramps, calf cramps, or both. I keep a bottle on my bedside table with a bottled water. If I wake up in pain, I pop 2 of these and the cramps are gone in 3-5 minutes. A bottle only costs about $6 and it does work.

I bitch out at 30! Currently doing level 35 as i type an its insane.
Intensity changes multiple times, sometimes it feels like someone with mini drum sticks bashing my feet really quick an other times it feels like the skin between my sole an toes rips or the outter edge of my feet feels like its getting bitten by small ants 😄
The optional pads are great, depends on the body part but its normally level 50 to 99.

I have absolutely no medical knowledge, but I have very bad circulation in my lower legs. I have found that this helps a lot. I'd recommend you start with it at a comfortable but active level until you get used to it and gradually increase the intensity. I've seen a few reactions where people have treated it as a pain level challenge and that is definitely not the point. As I said, it helps a lot, but I dont believe it cures the problem, but it helps a lot when used regularly. My legs and feet feel much better for some time after use. I hope this helps 🙂

  • @DaniPrays

Rob, hope you are well! In case you did not know, if you use reciprocal inhibition (utilize opposite set of muscles), one can stop a cramp within seconds. I.e. If at night you experience a cramping of your gastrocenemius and soleus muscles = calf musles, then utilize the opposing muscles, the ones opposite of the calf muscles in front (anterior) of the calf muscles, near the shin (tibialis anterior muscle) by using your hand and pressing down on the top of your foot of the same leg of the cramp. Then apply pressure to your hand by moving your foot up against your hand (you will be using your tibialis anterior muscles at this point). This should stop the cramp very quickly. Also, appropriate daily amounts of magnesium and potassium help with cramps as well.

Think of it as an exercise machine. Tenses majority muscles in feet and lower leg. And don't have to move around or think about it at all. No effort really other than sitting down and putting bare feet on it. Been using one daily for 3 weeks. Started level 40 now on level 70. I'm lucky I don't have any health problems but i do live in a hilly suburb and walking i feel no fatigue in calves going up hill and balance feels better doing things around the house. Staying with family and they have one they don't use as granpa has a pce maker now. Would be very interested to see what would do for obese people and covid hospitalizations if subsidised for people in risk category's.
