Some important points may be reviewed in future. The main aspect of structure is durability as well as preventing from rusting especially in Kerala weather condition. Firstly the inside portion of Steel portions (Ex:- Top ISA provided at top at edge of slab/Beam) which are directly touching with RCC surface should be applied with Steel Primer coated before fixing or bolting to RCC member where you may not be able to paint later. Second point the main stringer which are embedding at Ground should have a min size of base plate and that should not be directly touched in sub soil, there should have a PCC lean concrete bed of min 100 th to avoid direct contact with soil.
