Simple Snail Soup

All known land snails and slugs are edible after being cooked thoroughly, but do your own research first, and look for reliable sources.
This typical garden snail, cornu aspersum, is actually highly priced in restaurants, but you can get them for free in your own backyard (Gordon Ramsay). Free-range snails also taste better, experts say.
