    Nice, how much did cost to turbo it, and where did you get all parts? How much HP?

    • @High-On-PSI
      @High-On-PSI  4 роки тому +9

      Placinta all in I’m probably over $8000cad in parts with shipping costs and just pieced it together off the internet/eBay. Did all the work/welding myself so that not including “labour” If I did it again I could do it for probably $5000 and make heaps more power. My turbo is too small atm, getting a big borg Warner this winter and will be making some real power in the spring! Butt dyno feels like 300hp or so.. hard to say for sure but with my tune I should be closer to 350hp - 400hp. I will say that every single major “eBay” part I have bought has or is being replaced.. (wastegate, turbo, manifold, etc) save a little money up or collect your parts and do it right. I have wasted too much money buying things twice!

      @@High-On-PSI and what engine oil do you use now? Is it hard to mount all parts and make it work?

    • @High-On-PSI
      @High-On-PSI  4 роки тому +5

      Placinta I’m using same oil as I did before, and it was a fair bit of work. Again if you save up and buy a kit for $5000 you will save money time and headaches in the long run. You will spend the same amount trying to piece it all together

    I give it 5,000 miles before the engine shits itself; no pre e90 bmw engine can handle turbo power for long on stock internals, especially the m54

    • @Leo-yf1gs
      @Leo-yf1gs Рік тому +4

      Hell no, it's wrong. A m54B30 can handle 450 HP easy. The limit is not the inernals , it's the cylinder head
