Yes deep sleep very much necessary.If you don't get it then you should sleep 5 /6 hours all over day in any time in dividing your schedule. But you must need perfect sleeping cycle.stress ,anxiety , depression ,and lack of sleeping can harm your hair .you must obey the rule .
