Goyard has been a bit of an under-the-radar house to many people. I remember in Paris, especially in the 80s and 90s, I would sometimes walk into Goyard and be the only customer in there. I should have purchased back then, but I was a major LV fan starting in the summer of 1980 and used to shop at Maison Louis Vuitton on the Avenue Marceau which is where my regular sales staff was. However, there are some pieces in Goyard that I do like as in the Saigon, which I should have bought years ago in Paris. I also like the hard-sided suitcases/trunks, but for hard-sided suitcases I went with LV's Bisten back in the 80s and still have those suitcases. I should have gone into Goyard when I was last in Paris in 2019, but was shopping for other items while there. I'm glad that you did this vlog on Goyard. Greetings from Los Angeles

I’ve never been attracted to Goyard…but when I saw the pouch in your vlog you introduced it to us…I feel in love. What I love most about the pouch is the structure and its versatility! I love a good clutch/pouch! The price isn’t so bad either! And another thing…the preloved sites NO BETTA! Rolls eyes! lol
Great video as always. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. Just a suggestion for your toiletries bag, place the items in a Ziploc bag first then put it in your toiletries bag. It makes it easier to unload and saves your toiletries bag from spills.

Imma a Goyard Stan: my St. Louis GM and my Belvedere pm are my most used luxe pieces. I also have the Artois mm, passport holder, and the Boeing 45. Only two of those pieces I bought in the US.
The goyard coated canvas in all the colors are stunning. I am a tote girl and while I like the St. Louis, the shoulder strap drop is too short. The sizing between the PM and GM is also strange too. When I get more running around money I might circle back.
Just returned from Paris 2 days ago and purchased the Saint Louis PM and cardholder for 1700e/1800usd (awaiting my VAT). The resale of these are insane. I saw at least 2 Parisian women with the greige tote but when I requested it in the Rue Saint Honore store, the associate acted as though she did not know what I was talking about. Either way I ended up with the gray and I love it. Preferred the Artois but that was not available in the gray color way. On my next European tour, I may have to slide through for that pouch!
