Even if it’s a really good dish for a home cook, still a craft. It becomes art when you put your heart into it to convey something, even if it sucks. But a better example is most chefs who engage in molecular gastronomy
Yeah, cooking like any creative endeavour has good and bad but I guess it’s always subjective. For me it’s usually a mix of talent, intentionality and imagination that I enjoy. Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment 👍
