    It’s so great that he’s finally getting the respect and renewed attention that his work and stunning talent deserves. He brought vitality and excitement to traditional modernism. He found ways to enliven and connect to the setting. He wasn’t afraid to play with form and explore. He bridged architecture and expressionist art. Lots we can still learn from him.

    On my visit of the the A + A building back in the late 70ies I noticed the halls covered with graffiti. Someone wrote:
    "Why are you guys writing on these sacred walls? What would Paul Rudolph think?"
    Below, someone scrawled: "CAN PAUL RUDOLPH THINK?" LOL
