In accordance with the table presented by Dr. McIntyre, I would characterize my major depression as having been in stage 3. I was completely disabled and struggled since childhood. I would say I am in full remission. I am uncertain if I were to say I have "full functioning recovery" (I don't have a baseline to compare it to).
