- We're in the final stretch! Nr. 3 is one of my personal favorites, albeit a little different.
For this occasion I downloaded te Forbidden Dor mod, adding a few wrestlers previously not available in the game. Problem is, the emulator was so overjoyed with the extra content, it didn't really know how to fix it, but since it's quite funny I decided to keep it this way. So long story short, the longer the video takes, the more broken it becomes.
It does have an ending, so don't worry about not having a conclusion to this blast from the past! Enjoy! - Ігри
Day of Reckoning was special. WWE games around that time were so much fun. Nice to see Booker with the win, he'll surely go on to WM and beat Triple H... surely?

That is crazy. I've never seen that happen before. Do you think that's because of the emulator, or mod, or would this actually happen on real hardware?
That's the mod for sure. That regrettably never happened on Gamecube haha

It's because of the mod haha love the randomness of it all
Have you just muted the in-game soundtrack and dubbed over it or is there a new/different version of the Forbidden DoR mod that features the in-game music from DoR 2, HCTP and No Mercy that's being used here?
No I muted it, hearing just the thudds and steps were a little bland for me, so I decided to spruce things up a bit. I wished they added the music too, actually not a bad idea😅
@@VanHellingtonStudios It sounds much better using the instrumental music from the old wrestling games than the crappy soundtracks they used from the first SvR onwards. Nice touch. Pity it's not part of the actual mod though.

Thoughts on the 2k24 trailer?
Apart from the atrocious deepfake, the game looked identical. There wasn't enough to warrant a reaction video, but I'll probably give an indepth opinion on the next vid. Fingers crossed I guess

@@youngplaya3651 really? Haha damnnnn I knew they wouldnt pull off 40 but barely half? Why do it at all then? And you know they'll be filled with match footage without any commentary. Sweet Jebus
@@VanHellingtonStudios yep they confirmed it was the seamless transitions. I don’t understand 2k14 animated all of their cutscenes but now they won’t even bother

What the? Headless, armless, assless wrestlers... You run with attack - you go off the ring.... Weird collision detection... Why wrestlers interrupt submission moves... No entrances music... Music from previous games...
So many why's. Is this WWE in hell or nightmares?
haha the mod and/or emulator caused a few issues, but I thought it was too funny to redo the Rumble again. The music caused some licensing issues, so I decided to put some classic soundtracks over it. Let's just call this video an artistic experience haha
