- The Stinger is tuned by LOZIC Motorsport based out of South Korea. They allowed the ECU of the Stinger to perform pops and bangs.
Enjoy this little clip of some tunnel action
😂 love it !!
How did you do that? can you give me link for the stuff used to make it sound like that? and how is your experience so far? Is it safe for the car???
It's a tune from Lozic. You can reach out to them on insta or Facebook and they'll send you an order forum for the ecu where you can toggle it. You'll need aftermarket downpipes though.
😍
Did you have to go completely catless? Lozic just moved from Korea near me so I'm hyped.
I only had catless secondaries!
@@stevenkim3539 Catless secondaries but OEM everything else?
Anyone reported Drive by shooting!?
Hey I was wondering if you could send me your order sheet for this tune , I’m planning to get the same one as you
Plz contact me thru IG: gtlabs_
where can i order this tune?
Is that soft popcorn tune or pops and bangs.
It depends on the rpm. It’s just soft burbles up to about 3k but after it turns into pops and bangs higher up for me
@@stevenkim3539 did you order it from the spreadsheet? I just ordered mine, it was burbles, pops, and bangs. I chose pops over 4k and burbles under 4k
Won’t the pops and bangs mess up your engine/turbos?
How?
just puts stress on the cats, if you have them
Pop/bangs ARE NOT ideal for the Kia Stinger
3.3TT.
At the time I made this video, I was testing out a ECU tune from SXTH Element Engineering & the tunes developer claimed the pop/bangs were safe on my HFC's so I agree'd to have it on the
tune.
After a week of using pop/bangs I blew the
200CEL HFC's and the turbo seals on both the driver + passenger side. They were badly failing.
Eventually the exhaust wouldn't stop smoking and I was burning a lot of oil because of the turbo seals, so I parted out then sold the Kia to CarMax for $35k.
i copied this from a previous stinger owner cause i also want my stinger to be popping but its gonna mess the car up in the long run then im good . i wanna get some downpipes and exhaust too but to make it pop i believe you need a tune which will mess up the car
How much did this entire setup cost?
If you are talking about the ECU and TCU tune, I believe they were $1500 for the ECU and $800 for the TCU...I dont recall. But these were sponsored to me.
Can I ask how you got the sponsorship? I’m looking to do the same atm but when I messaged them they said they are doing sponsorships right now
What mods are you running?
Lozic ECU TCU, KN intakes, GFB BOV, ARK secondaries, muffler delete, lightweight wheels.
@@stevenkim3539 I’m not a fan of the popcorn but it did sound mean. I especially liked the intake and exhaust sound. Leaving tire marks with awd was seriously impressive. The Lozic ecu is on my radar now. I’ll be doing sway bars and lowering springs first though.
They’re definitely on the come up. I’m loving the tune. You don’t need to add pops and bangs either. They include it for you for free. Just gotta put it in the option.
