As far as i know this changes were made inorder to be able to participate in the coming Asia Olympic as NWA were served 3point to change by the asia Olympic association.

Do u know why sumo wrestling are making billions of dollars in revenue every year it's because they keep it authentic traditional wrestling and doesn't improvise with the other style and their people like it Naga wrestling is also a popular games in Nagaland it's the highest revenue sports in nagaland and it's getting popular across other states but if they r to improvised with other sports it's loosing it's traditional values and the local public doesn't like it
