Maddy, I love and support your work, but it is absurd to be promoting coffee capsules as a sustainable option. This is simply not true. Basically any traditional way of making coffee is more environmentally responsible than these single-use capsule machines (french press, moka pot, pour-over with reusable filter). You have worked so hard to create the platform that you have--what you say with it matters.
