The stamp came into circulation in 1937. The value of any stamp depends on its condition such as uncirculated stamp in mint condition will sell much higher than the one has been in circulation and in used condition. The reputed auctioneers like christie's and sothebys can do a correct valuation depending upon its genuinety, condition and history. I would suggest getting an authentication certification done and then contact these companies for the auction value. Hope this helps. Goodluck

Hi Naeem, The best option would be to scan them all and send the pics to international auctioneers like Sotheby's, cherrystone etc. These companies can give appraisal for each stamp and can put them in auctions for you. Thank you and goodluck.

A reputed auction company won't accept it for auction unless certification proves the authentication of the item. The auction companies like Sotheby's or similar can give you a valuation figure that how much its gonna sell for.
