Oh i very much enjoyed this video. Loving the sound of Tillicoultry, some super interesting history here, thank you for sharing and showing us around! Incredible!
Your narration is fantastic love how you tell the stories with personal comments and a sense of humor along with the great facts. You truly enjoy and appreciate nature and it shows. These trails and waterfalls were wonderful and is on our list to one day visit. Wonderful video!
We have a lot of those memorials here too and it is good that they are remembered too. I do not mind accompanying Mrs Metalman to a designer outlet but when she wants to look at sofas and dinning tables, that's me looking for an outdoor shop! To be honest, I would have preferred the hike, especially with that scenery and that weather, I wondered where the sun had been hiding, cheers Alan
Hey Alan, thanks for chiming in! It's so important to remember those who came before us, right? Especially with memorials as cool as the ones on the Trail 😎 😂 I hear you on the designer outlet struggle! Sometimes us outdoor enthusiasts gotta sneak in a nature fix while our better halves browse the indoors 😉 But seriously, that sunshine was glorious on the hike wasn't it? Perfect weather for exploring! ☀️ Glad you enjoyed the video, Brian and Sah
Thanks for taking us to Scotland, to the beautiful and hidden Tillicoultry in Scotland! I love the Tillicoultry Town Trail and the beautiful scenery, the waterfalls, the monuments, the railway and the beautiful river and waterfall.💯L13
Hi guys hope you are well. Love all the information was very interesting to hear about this town. Loved the fun facts. A good mix of lovely views and thoughtful moments. Was so lovely up at Tillicoultry Glen you summed it up perfectly what a beautiful place. The Woolpack was a perfect place to refresh after your tour. Thank you so much for sharing this with us. Best wishes Dave and Dawn ❤️
somehow i missed this last week. "sneeze gone wrong" 😂looks like a nice place to explore. very poetic description of the graves as well. enjoyed the walking tunes here too. the waterfall and gorge were so beautiful. such a fun hike. how's the food at the inn? always nice to have a bite with a pint. have a great week! 🛴❤
A great walk 🏴🏔️and some very meaningful memorials along the way to those who answered the call (superbly put 🙏🏼) Great film Best regards Simon 🤠👍
Thank you great Vlog and memories.I did my Apprenticeship in Tilly years ago. I think the Sterling building was once a papermill if I am correct? Remember going there on a school excursion.
Absolutely Briiliant, eh?! 🤩 So glad it stirred up some fond Tilly memories for ye! 🏴 Sterling Mills was indeed a papermill! 📜📚 Bet that school trip was a right hoot! 😂 Thanks for stopping by and watching, eh?! 🤗 Cheers, Brian and Sah 👋
Great documentary, a lot of stuff there I didn't know. One of my favorite walks is up the glen, over King Seat Hill, down to Dollar, and then back by either the old back road via Harviestoun, or the old railway-line. I was surprised you didn't mention the ancient stone circle, or Castle Craig though
Thanks so much for watching and for your kind words! 😊 It's great to hear you enjoyed the video and learned something new about Tillicoultry. I agree, that's a fantastic walk! The views from King Seat Hill are absolutely breathtaking. 🏞️ You're right, I didn't include the stone circle or Castle Craig in this video. They definitely deserve their own spotlight! Thanks again for sharing your favourite walk and for the suggestion!
A truly beautiful part of the country. I had the privilege of living in Tillicoultry and raising a family in the town.
