    Zach Johnson, the “Millennial Farmer” is a 5th-generation farmer who’s spent his life growing, working, and learning on his family’s farm. His wit and dry sense of humor appeal to children and adults alike. A product of the millennial generation, his appreciation of new technology blends with his old-fashioned work ethic, and he offers a unique ability to deliver his message in a way that resonates with lifelong farmers as well as those with no knowledge of agriculture.
    With growing consumer awareness about where their food comes from, Zach has identified the need for an independent voice from the front lines of agriculture. Zach actively promotes agriculture by sharing his day-to-day experiences in the agriculture world while providing farmer-to-farmer education to help facilitate a collaborative conversation between farmers and the public.

    Zach why don’t you acquire a truck load of used rail road ties. They are great for putting implements on and the would be 10 to 20 inches off the dirt. This prevents them from sinking in in spring and freezing to the ground in the winter!

    Barrels are easy to pick up if you trust yourself. Plastic you set your forks so there just under the size of the under side of the top ring. As you push the forks in they will tighten their grip on the barrel. Have a skid ready aside your truck. Once you set it down just back out easy it will let go. Metal do the same but grab it just under the top rib instead of the top ring.

    I love it that I'm watching you take your snow removal equipment off your tractor tonight when I'm a hundred miles east and there's already 4 inches of snow on the ground LOL supposed to get up to 8 but still pretty warm so hopefully it melts but it's only been snowing for 30 minutes and there's almost four inches on the ground already so might have to clean up a little bit.

    @5:35 .... 308!!!!!
    Ammo supply during hard times is your limiting factor.
    Yes the Creed more or less has preferable ballistics, but ONLY when you can find that particular flavor of Purina RifleChow. Not to mention its louder than a .243.

    I know this video is behind, but put the barrel on a pallet in the truck bed then you can get it with the skid steer with the door on

    You need a receiver attachment for skid steer , very useful for moving implements.

    You need a JCB teleskid w/ the door on the side. They are fantastic (yes, and quite expensive)

    Your kids are precious! and i figured out what your "are you ok" thing reminds me of. when johnny 5 first goes out on his own, he goes up to a gas pump and says "input, INput"

    I would go with the 6.5 creedmoor.... It would work better on the top of the grain bins during those evening sunsets. A farming tool that will continue to give your family years of safety. Enjoy the videos
