Ma'am I became a vegetarian since 2020, and have lost a lot of weight, now my doctor is asking me to take 3 eggs daily, which I am not really fond of, due to the igg4 growth factor, so can u show us a high protein breakfast or lunch, like (horse gram meal or salads) n etc, which is sufficient for the day.
