brilliant video, i like your honesty and in dept knowledge, glad i stumbled across this channel. i hear a lot that aspartate forms or minerals (magnesium is the one i heard), can act as neurotoxins is this true? why cant u use other forms instead of these? also what is your take on zinc reducing dht and estrogen?

i only take one instead of 3 im a skinny guy. but it helps better than the last 2 i had. crazy dreams though with jym zma i have. really vivid and sometimes a really dry mouth a bit morning groginess but after a fresh cup of Starbucks with whey mix all good. saw good recovery even with 1 jym zma and no stomach upset like the previews zmas i tried
Iforcenutritions zma has 450mg and 30mg dosage like you said. However it doesnt have bipperine. After im done my bottle I will buy zma jym so my vita jym has a friend haha.

Roberto Lopez Not to mention, he doesn't use the High grade AJIPURE BCAA's. I also don't think he makes his stuff in a GMP facility.
