- Collect some fresh mint leaves and make this healthy Homemade Mint Tea!
Mint has many beneficial properties: it helps digestion, thins mucus and has antiviral properties. Moreover, it's Paleo, Vegan, Whole30. Introduce mint into your diet with this super simple mint tea.
You can have this mint tea hot or cold. Sweetened (with a sweetener allowed by your diet) or unsweetened, and with or without lemon. If you decide to consume it cold, fill tall glasses with ice and pour the freshly brewed tea over them. Or pour the tea into a pitcher and let it cool to room temperature first, then refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
INGREDIENTS (2 servings):
- 500 ml Natural mineral water
- 15 Fresh mint leaves of any variety
- 2 teaspoons Honey or other sweetener of your choice (optional)
- 2 teaspoons Fresh lemon juice (optional)
- Lemon slices (optional)
- Ice (optional)

Io uso la tisana alla menta per la digestione
Ma le bustine di tè??
Si chiama tè alla menta ma non è un vero e proprio tè, piuttosto una specie di infuso, le bustine non ci sono
