Apple Pie

A quick short video of an amazing Apple Pie!!
Nervous energy maybe with the storms? Made an apple pie. It is in the Volume 3 Collard Valley Cooks cookbook. It is so delicious and turned out beautiful!! I hope you are all in your safe space if you are in the path of the storm. We are all in one room here to sleep overnight or at least two of us. I hadn't talked Jojo downstairs yet. I am just trying to dodge the trees. Prayers for all.

I love apple pie. I have a great recipe for the crust and filling. One thing I like is cinnamon. I put two teaspoons in the apples. I like the apple shapes you put on top.
