With 7.0/7.8 on flatwater a 28cm symmetric or 26 asy would be good. Ofcourse because of the size board related to the big sail you need stable wind and flatwater but small people can profit from this a lot as the board is easier to control in stronger winds where they would normally go to a smaller sail and loose some power downwind!
