There really is just something about the Tweens lol
Doll hats are difficult in general lmao. I love the hats some Bratz dolls have for example, but it is SO difficult to get them to stay on, especially on dolls with thick hair 😅
Yes such a pain! I need to get more hot glue, but once I do I was thinking a line on the rim (dried before I put it on her of course) might provide some traction to keep it in place?
That is a nice tween doll; I am new to the LOL OMG doll scene and I got my first one days ago but i like this one, not fan of the chipped paint on the glasses though and the hat that keeps falling off 😅but I might buy this doll to add to my growing collection ❤
Darcy is lovely, love her make up, shame about the beret - I really love a doll in a beret. I was under the impression that her whole head was braided from the artwork (although I should have looked more closely) so that seems a shame. But all in all I do like her for sure.
Yeah the artwork is very different to me! She's still pretty but it's kind of jarring if you aren't prepared lol
I don’t know why they didn’t make her beret like Aya Cherry’s?? And her artwork is so good yet the doll itself just doesn’t come close (to me). It seems they’re really taking away more accessories and clothing pieces the more the Tween dolls continue which makes me sad as I really do love the tweens.
I agree, the art is way better than the dolls! I suppose the Tweens have been on such a good run since they came out but they had to have some less than perfect dolls? Hopefully they will be back to being stunners soon
