Our Generation accessory packs are legit. I said that even Barbie in their heyday never compared to our generation sets. The detail of them is ridiculous and an absolute must for someone who loves minis. And if you can find the sets on clearance, (Which isn't hard), it's a freaking steal.

I have that pen, and it actually has a huge ink capacity! If you fill it up, it will last a long time. If you want to test inks or change them frequently, a pen with a smaller capacity would be better. Or a dip pen! Look up the Sailor Hocoro (stub or fude nib) with feed attachment.
