I have epilepsy and tics, and found out several months ago. I went from pretty much perfectly healthy to taking a ton of medicine twice a day. It made me super depressed especially since I’m still in high school and I feel like an old man needing his meds twice a day. My neurologist is making see a therapist because he thinks my tics are anxiety triggered, and I hate it. I’m probably going to ask for meds for my anxiety lol. Anyway, this audio was really comforting ❤️
