@@DavidGilbert-mv5qv Sorry to hear that David, this is a SUPER new feature (doesn't even have a help article yet), but I have some additional info that could help on this feature. If you shoot me an email I can do my best to help: andrew@dna-media.net

Hi Andrew, thanks for introducing us to this awesome integration. I got the integration done, but I can't figure out how to use the submitted orders in woocommerce as a trigger for a workflow in gohighlevel. Is it possible? How can we do that?

As long as you're using stripe across both platforms it should work just like any other submitted order trigger. If you're still experiencing issues, I'd recommend hopping on a support call with GHL, especially since it's such a new integration.

Hey Andrew - thanks for this video! I got the integration done and saes are coming in to the dashboard, the issue I'm having is with customers receiving their order confirmations. Does a workflow need to be created for this or can we have it go straight out from the woocommerce website?

Hey there! So you can either have your confirmation emails sent straight from woocommerce/wordpress (here's an article on how to do so: zemez.io/support/wordpress/how-to/configure-order-confirmation-emails/?srsltid=AfmBOopHY6tT6pBaZiWNFfftyo6YEVe7b6J52aiwxO5K08QK8FzA5dPW) or you can send them via GHL with an order placed/received trigger and using a send email action and building it yourself. Hope this helped!
