Agree with Pierce. As constructed right now, they are a playoff team but not a major championship contender. This is from a die-hard Lakers fan. Let's be realistic here. In the West alone, there are younger, more athletic, and better-coached teams than the Lakers( OKC, Denver, Minnesota, Dallas, and Sacramento). AD and Lebron are not enough. They need young bucks to run, battle, and play lockdown defense that are required for a championship contender. The Lakers lack these guys as constructed.
Lakers worst mistake was blowing team up for Russell Westbrook. They lost like 3 years of progress because of that one move.
