Me crying while knowing this is an adaptation of Addicted. It’s very good even though it’s censored and no 18+ scenes. It’s like shounen-ai (Bromance no mature scenes).

What I absolutely love about this story is that Wu Bi shows all of his emotions and jealousy and how possessive he is and we can see it clearly that he wants Su Yu, but I simply love that Su Yu is actually the opposite, someone who doesn’t show that well his emotions and it’s the subtlety surrounding his demeanor that is masterfully portrayed.
The annoying girl is trying to have Su Yu for herself and while she is talking about moments of their past, it’s Su Yu wanting to look at Wu Bi 0:56 she keeps talking sweetly, showing her interest, but again it’s Su Yu looking at Wu Bi 1:01 and something that I realized is that in this moment 1:17 Su Yu was hurt and he decided to leave the house, but he’s not looking at Wu Bi, because Wu Bi actually disarms him and he knows that looking at him will make both suffer more and it will be harder to leave and when Wu Bi asked if he’s gonna look for her, he looked at him with a pained expression 1:31 because he can’t express everything he’s feeling inside, but how come this fool can’t see things right? How come Wu Bi can’t see that he’s like that because of him and not her? He was mad 3:47
When Wu Bi found Ye Wanying in the same room, Su Yu immediately explained the whole situation 1:46 even when Wu Bi didn’t utter a word and he went after Wu Bi 1:56 he just cared about him, but Wu Bi was so mad 1:58 then it’s Ye Wanying changing the whole scenario in her favor saying Wu Bi liked her 1:23 Su Yu didn’t hide his reaction and it was something he couldn’t wrap his head around as Wu Bi himself told him he was there because of him 2:29 so like a fool he thought Wu Bi was mad 2:43 because he found the girl in his room and not because he was jealous since he liked her.
His jealousy was clear when he found them close to each other 3:01 and after Wu Bi explained who she really was, Su Yu didn’t care about her deceiving him or having a boyfriend, the only and most important thing on his mind was knowing if he really liked her 3:42 and when he didn’t get the answer he was looking for, he became impatient, he was mad at this point and grabbed Wu Bi by his jacket and demanded an answer 3:51 and after going home and venting with homework, he was still thinking whether Wu Bi liked her or not 3:15. Wu Bi is a open book while showing his feelings, but Su Yu is really overbearing while showing his. He bottles things up until he can’t contain them in anymore, so he explodes and he’s actually scarier like that 🥴
And Ye Wanying realized that the one she should defeat was Wu Bi, when she saw how possessive he was with his “Su Yu is mine” 2:12 so she worked hard to make him the bad one, but it’s incredible how she wasn’t the one Su Yu was liking, it has been Wu Bi all the damn time as he was like that because he himself said that he didn’t want a shared love 3:21 so he was possessive just like Wu Bi 😉

I know right? This is definitely a Bl. How can people call it otherwise just cause it doesn’t have any NC scenes. Let’s be honest, if they had included the scenes, it would get banned. I am just glad we got to witness this amazing love, and undeniable chemistry between Xubin and Jiongmin.
The whole series just amazed me; Everything was brilliantly thought out and acted. What I admire most is the wisdom and cleverness of the director, who, despite the censorship, conveyed in a very tactful way the nature of the relationship between the main characters (such as the fact that Wubi's father found a lubricant under pillows in Wubi's bed and WUBI was relieved that the labeling on the tube was in English). Or the fact that the relationship between the characters was more evident when both were 18 years old.
I don't know if you noticed, but at some point Wubi announced their relationship, and it happened while eating Noodeln together... The idea of a "book" that was first read by a school friend and then by the little Sister who made her understand the relationship between her “brothers”. The reward that Wobi received for successfully passing the exams was also related to lubricant.
A great idea to provide answers to an attentive BL connoisseur.

Wtf is everyone talking about , this is based on a BL novel, THE BL NOVEL FFS 😂 they changed the name of the show and the the name of the characters but this is "Addicted" thru and thru. SPOILER ALERT: Addicted is my all time favorite series ever, of course I had to. read both novels and in two days, I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to get into Stay with me but I am so here for it, dying to know how they are going to end it cuz the first novel ends sad, with Gu Hai thinking Bai Luo Yin died in the car accident i(n the novel I think it was Gu Hai's uncle not brotherwho cut BaiLuoYins brakes).then years pass and they meet up again in the second novel, of course by mistake, so I am curious how they are going to end this series, so far they have done a pretty good job of putting in some of the more interesting stuff that happened in the novel. ...but in the novel there is a different reason for the uncle's actions, the girl was a minor part in the novel but I am still hooked on this series now.... If you haven't watched Addicted , watch it...if you haven't read the novels, read them on Wattpad, you won't regret it....

I love Wu Bi's and Su Yu's chemistry. Sorry, I really don't like that girl. She appeared again only to cause trouble. She lies and is not a good person. She is the reason Wu Bi's cousing cut Su Yu's car brakes and Wu Bi got hurt badly. I am still waiting for season 2. Director please continue with the story and give this series a better-happy ending.
