Even with the censorship, this is perfect, but I wish we would get a Taiwanese adaptation without the censorship, that would be heavenly. Chinese BLs hit differently, even with all the censors they still manage to blow you away with the chemistry.

Honestly this is perfect! It has the innocent heart warming feelings og addicted heroin didn't have much! Though I do miss the more intimate scenes a bit but that's Chinese gov for u... It's still really good tho!! Recommended!!

Let's be honest: it is a bl. The problem is just that all LGBT stuff in China is illegal, so they have to do different things to make series like this. I mean this relationship is far beyond brother-love, but what can the government say if you tell them it's just very strong brother-love? Basically nothing. They don't kiss, don't say the love each other etc. So yeah, this is a bl. Plus it has the same plot as the heroine series, first Chinese bl (didn't get season two because it got banned if I'm correct). And what brother on earth says "*brother's name* is mine"? Huh? This is a new adaptation of Addicted, and I think we’re hesitant in the beginning to think of it as a BL because we know about China’s strict rules on LGBTQ content..But, as the story progresses more, maybe we can start see this series as censored BL instead…Either way, I don’t want to judge until we get to the end 😭

The whole series just amazed me; Everything was brilliantly thought out and acted. What I admire most is the wisdom and cleverness of the director, who, despite the censorship, conveyed in a very tactful way the nature of the relationship between the main characters (such as the fact that Wubi's father found a lubricant under pillows in Wubi's bed and WUBI was relieved that the labeling on the tube was in English). Or the fact that the relationship between the characters was more evident when both were 18 years old. I don't know if you noticed, but at some point Wubi announced their relationship, and it happened while eating Noodeln together... The idea of a "book" that was first read by a school friend and then by the little Sister who made her understand the relationship between her “brothers”. The reward that Wobi received for successfully passing the exams was also related to lubricant. A great idea to provide answers to an attentive BL connoisseur. I LOVE YOU ! SEA!

SPOILER ALERT: Addicted is my all time favorite series ever, of course I had to. read both novels and in two days, I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to get into Stay with me but I am so here for it, dying to know how they are going to end it cuz the first novel ends sad, with Gu Hai thinking Bai Luo Yin died in the car accident i(n the novel I think it was Gu Hai's uncle not brotherwho cut BaiLuoYins brakes).then years pass and they meet up again in the second novel, of course by mistake, so I am curious how they are going to end this series, so far they have done a pretty good job of putting in some of the more interesting stuff that happened in the novel. ...but in the novel there is a different reason for the uncle's actions, the girl was a minor part in the novel but I am still hooked on this series now.... If you haven't watched Addicted , watch it...if you haven't read the novels, read them on Wattpad, you won't regret it....

Wtf is everyone talking about , this is based on a BL novel, THE BL NOVEL FFS 😂 they changed the name of the show and the the name of the characters but this is "Addicted" thru and thru. I'm starting to think Chinese media lost its marbles, they banned the original show in 2016 just to remake it in 2023😂😂😂 not complaining, imma watch it cuz it looks great but I can't help but chuckle over the BL/bromance debate. If you read the novel YOU KNOW THIS AIN'T NO BROMANCE.

SPOILER ALERT: Addicted is my all time favorite series ever, of course I had to. read both novels and in two days, I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to get into Stay with me but I am so here for it, dying to know how they are going to end it cuz the first novel ends sad, with Gu Hai thinking Bai Luo Yin died in the car accident i(n the novel I think it was Gu Hai's uncle not brotherwho cut BaiLuoYins brakes).then years pass and they meet up again in the second novel, of course by mistake, so I am curious how they are going to end this series, so far they have done a pretty good job of putting in some of the more interesting stuff that happened in the novel. ...but in the novel there is a different reason for the uncle's actions, the girl was a minor part in the novel but I am still hooked on this series now.... If you haven't watched Addicted , watch it...if you haven't read the novels, read them on Wattpad, you won't regret it....

Yo me di cuenta de algo que no se si es verdad, pero lo quiero comunicar como una pequeña teoría. Bueno hay una escena en uno de los capítulos, después del puñetazo que le da Su Yu a Wu Bi “por la chica”, Su Yu habla con la chica y le confiesa que en pasado le gustaba, pero ahora no, ósea cuando regreso a China. Por lo cuál, me hace pensar que en la escena donde están en el restaurante la chica y Wu bi, y Su Yu le grita a Wu Bi si le gusta o no la chica, Su Yu lo hizo por celos, pero no por la chica, si no celos por Wu Bi. La verdad que espero que sea así, bueno, no sé, estuvo raro . Espero que terminen juntos ❤
