You may feel tingling in the hands, feet, or face. If the sensation of light-headedness gets too intense, just pause until you feel settled and then continue.
I am 76 years old,I have been practising aver 3 times a week. Nearly there. Mixed with cold showers, a bit of yoga, swimming and walking. So far no medication yet. This is the best breathing practice so far. I can feel the benefit of the 5 rounds. At 3 to 4 round there is the feeling of tingling and build up of saliva and the breath hold gets better. Thank you Mr Wim Hoff.
1st time I held my breath for 3 minutes was today. I didn't think I could do it and starting at like 2 minutes 35 seconds I really struggled and started moving in a probably typical way people do when they think they need to breathe but want to not breathe and that lasted like 5 seconds then totally went away. Like as if I guess I was in fight or flight but I managed to force myself into sympathetic mode with my mind and was relaxed and not struggling after that and was VERY ENJOYABLE THANK YOU!!
I managed to do 4 minutes for the first time today! Wow! Thanks for the video. I know it's not a competition, just wanted to say I was able to do more than ever.
@@thestrengthwithin4249 nope he is right, i also have days where it feels like i could go on forever and days where i lock at the clock and think damn only 40 seconds and i can't hold my breath any longer
@@Miki-xh6fb you haven’t read the comments properly,he said he finds it effortless he didn’t say what you said, that you also have days where you can hold your breath for longer and sometimes you can’t hold your breath longer, he didn’t say that,he was giving it the big one,you doughnut 🍩
I made it to 4 minutes for the first time in my life. I didn’t think I had the lung capacity for stuff like this, but now I realize, like many things in life, you just have to put the work in and have the right tools in your tool box. Thanks for helping me on this journey!
Have found this better than with the Om chanting. Its easy to lose yourself and be in harmony with the waves as opposed to being in rhythm with the chants. Found myself counting the Oms.
Have been using Wim Hof app for sometime now but he’s started to put a subscription on it! This video is probably the best I’ve come across in 2 years! Excellent.
with this version i can hold my breath more. thank you for sharing this. 🙏 can u please add in the description links of each round. so when i hold more i can turn back to the previous round easily.
Yes, I agree, this is the first time I did the the technique in this video around 12 pm and normally I have a nap around 4 pm. But today I couldnt get to nap at all, feeling energetic the whole day, Awesome
Today is good day. I'm glad i did them easily 😌 the 1st time after a few months stopping the W.H breathing. Please what are your thoughts and explanations about that? Thanks
Good vid, I wish I found it sooner, you should put wim hof somewhere in the title that's what made me skip over it all those times and I'm sure I'm not tye only one.

Why 'squeeze' at the end of each round and what does this entail?
i appreciate that this one challenges me to go further.
Wow. Quindi si deve trattenere il respiro a polmoni vuoti per il maggior tempo?
Can i do this technique with alpha waves before bed?
Thanks

Nice 🇧🇷
Hey, Leo! Valeu!
Thank you really much, this one is the best, but i don’t know how to squeeze my neck :(
I think it naturally happens when you squeeze your chest and head.
