Nice Video the server looks fun, Never thought I would see police enter a prison riot, especially with guns lol, I bet the prison governor's Head was rolling. Do you have any prison officers on your server
The prison does have officer but its a private firm called gruppe6 that operate the prison. In the discussion at the end where the superintendent is talking its actually one of the leaders of this firm he was addressing

I'm not sure about thier recurrent process as I have never gone through it myself however I should imagine it will explain it on the page.
